So your menu has an option to create your own drink well.. I ordered my drink and the girl said “this isn’t Starbucks this is Dunkin” ohkayyy??? I know that. anyways I finish my order get to the window try my drink and it’s super sweet and strong so I pull back around and ask her for extra milk (mind you im going to pay for the milk) and says she can’t sell me milk. I say you can’t just sell me some in a cup. Her excuse was she didn’t have a button for it. Cold foam wasn’t even added. On top of it I ordered a crossaint and it wasn’t available why sell it to me in the first place. If you hate your job find a new job 🙂 I went to Starbucks down the street they got me milk no problem. Will be sticking to Starbucks from now on

I have been going to this location for about 6 months on a regular basis ( by regular I mean every other day or so). Most of the employees knew my order by heart. My last 3 visits have been absolutely horrible. I’ve always ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher made with green tea without ice and extra syrup. Never had any issue then suddenly I’m told I’ll be charged extra for the refresher syrup and my cup will not be filled due to my request of no ice. I was also told it would be best to not order on the app since there’s no option for extra syrup so how do you charge me extra if there is no option. But yesterday I went ordered at the window as told and my order was still incorrect. Ice was added and no extra syrup when I told the female cashier she took them back and told the young man who knows my order to just take the ice out and not to add extra syrup. I decided not to argue and to just speak to the manager after speaking to the manager I feel as though she tried to put the blame on the syrup instead of addressing the issue with the staff. Not happy with the new management or the staff.

Terrible customer service. Terrible employees that don’t know what they’re doing. Got my order wrong 3 times. When I asked for my money back they refused and said that there wasn’t a manager onsite so I don’t get my money back. They then proceeded to close the window in my face. I would give them negative stars if I could. Never coming back here again.

I’ve gone here three to four times in the last month just to get coffee. Every single time the order has been wrong and then the attitude you get when you go back up to the window is just utterly disrespectful. I’m not gonna lie the management needs to work on this. Literally a drive thru Dunkin shouldn’t be very hard to make sure orders as well as get them right. Poor quality Dunkin

Received all coconut milk with just a drop of peach passion fruit refresher, worst refresher received from any Dunkin I’ve stopped at during my nationwide travels. Snacking bacon was tasty, somewhat overcooked, but I enjoyed it more than the coconut milk 🙁

Had a bad experience there when we had to wait 20 minutes in drive-through. When I pulled up to the window, I asked the employee what took so long. He said the customer in front of us was arguing about his order. I suggested next time that he tell such a customer to pull ahead and have someone discuss it with him and not hold up the line (especially during morning rush hour). The employee shurgged it off like it was no big deal. Then we get our order and it was cold because it apparently was sitting there while the customer was arguing with the worker.
