Service was terrible. Rude staff and order was wrong. They were not busy but by the way the responded to basic requests such as “do you have ketchup?” The girl at the drive through acted like we just asked her to cater a meal for 100 ppl. Ridiculous. Plus forgot half of the order. Poor kitchen worked his butt off.

I ordered a coffee today (first time I have been to this establishment) and drove to work where I removed the lid after drinking most of it. I took another sip and noticed something in the bottom of the cup (See pics). This is the first review I have ever posted in my life, but I had to share this disgusting experience. I will be contacting the owner/manager of the store today. Not looking for retribution of any manner, just an awareness that they need to review their processes (for instance when grabbing a coffee cup it should probably be checked for insects, or when pouring coffee, make sure no bugs have flown into it).

I come here all the time and normally my iced coffee is perfect and yummy, but today I came in and my iced coffee was watered down and hot with like two pieces of ice. So I went back to get more ice and it ended up not even tasting like coffee. Before you have new hires make coffee make sure they know how to do it correctly before serving it to customers.

I come here quite often. The food is good. The service is friendly but they continually give me sweet tea when I specifically order unsweetened tea and clarify NO SUGAR!!! They need to train their employees better so customers can get what they actually order.
