I stop in almost every Wednesday for 2 dozen donuts for our weekly tech meeting. The staff is AMAZING! Donuts never disappoint, and everyone there is always super friendly no matter how busy they are. I can’t say this enough but the morning crew is fantastic!!!

They really do their best to get orders out quickly. I visit frequently and some days are faster than others. They are always consistent with the quality of food and drinks. I have noticed some staff turnover which always makes things hard but the ones who have been there a while do their best to train newbies and still get food out quickly.

Wow ! Went thru the line twice they got both drink orders wrong I ordered a large caramel iced coffee extra sugar n crème they tried to hand me a medium- they put it in a large cup n added more ice not more coffee ! Then they handed it back to me but were to busy goofing off together then finally 2 minutes later realized I still needed the 1 single donut I ordered ! Like really do better! The 2nd time I went thru I ordered a large iced coffee extra crème extra sugar and again they tried to hand me a medium! Took it home to my bf after they did the same thing to that one they did to the previous one…. There was no sugar in it so ya this store the morning crew is absolute trash on Sunday morning approx 10:35 am

On a very busy Valentine’s Day morning the employee working behind the register was very polite towards me and made my morning coffee run quick and easy. I ordered a surprise me drink and it was delicious and excellently made. Will be going to this Dunkin every morning from now on!

Bad customer service and lack of products! I went there last evening the guy working didn’t know how to package what I ordered or just didn’t care and just slid the box open to me violently, he tried to not give me my change also telling me there wasn’t enough in the register. I gave him a twenty, how hard is that. That is not how to treat a customer! I have never had good customer service at the 23rd street Dunkin Donuts. I will not go there again.

This Dunkin Donuts has its ups and downs! The ups are a friendly staff and delicious donuts! The downs would be the care in handling your food may not be the best quality! I don’t mean that they spit on your food. However, when I purchased two Bavarian cream which have chocolate on top and one apple fritter all three Donuts were placed in the same bag without paper and smash together. So, my Bavarian cream had very little chocolate and my apple fritter had a lot of chocolate on it! This wouldn’t have happened if they would have placed him in a small box! I also ordered an iced coffee and generally when you order an iced coffee the whole thing should be cold unfortunately in this drink the bottom half was still hot and the top half was cold which means they didn’t stir the drink! So, my suggestion is to check your order before you drive off! That way you don’t get mixed up donuts and double climate coffee! All in all, I still got donuts a bit chocolate mushy, but I still got my lightly covered Bavarian cream doughnuts and my son got a chocolate apple friter!lol!

There is a kind person in the last shift of this Dunkin’. She took our order on Veteran’s Day in the drive-thru and was super nice and over delivered and exceeded our expectations. You know who you are and “thank you for your service”. We’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone, specially if it’s in the last shift during the week.
