my lemonade was straight water and lemon juice, they didn’t understand what i was ordering and they only had glazed munchkins, which WERENT EVEN GLAZED. they were disgusting straight balls of dough. terrible experience.

Location is terrible. Drive thru never open even with 6 employees in store. Ask to speak to a manager and they said one wasn’t there. Well how did they open the doors? I’ve sent complaints to corporate and the owner never responds. Stop supporting this location. Let it close. They still have advertising on the windows that are a month expired. Menus falling off the boards. The owner doesn’t care. Left empty handed.

We went through the drive through at 8:30a on a weekday, and no one responded after asking twice (~2-3 min). We ended up going inside, and there were 6 staff (1 training, another training the new employee), and 4 others just hanging around. The cold brew I got was watered and weak, like a regular iced coffee. They really didn’t care. Didn’t have any negative interactions, and I don’t mind trainees. I do mind not responding to the drive through speaker (or at least posting a sign saying it’s out of order?) as well as seeing multiple people just sitting around doing the bare minimum. I’m empathetic… folks should get paid more, but please do the job?

We got there about 15 minutes before they closed. The lady was nice and patient. She did tell us that she locks the door at 2:50. There was a lil girl that ran past us when the lady opened the door to let us in. Then a mom and daughter walked up and pulled on the locked door.

Waited at the box for at least 10 minutes without so much as a, “hi we’ll be right with you,” before we attempted to get help. When we did get a response all we received was, “we’re backed up inside please hold on a moment.” Your drive thru was also backed up, learn how to prioritize ALL of your customers, not just the ones inside. When we got to the window nearly 20 minutes later, the person opened the window and just looked at us, not a word spoken until we told them what we were waiting for. Absolutely ridiculous service, I would have left but I paid for the order ahead of time through their app. Get it together or just close this location if you can’t serve your customers both inside and outside. America only runs on Dunkin’ if we actually receive service from your employees.

I ordered the grilled cheese.. it was terrible! The bread was toasted with 2 pieces of cold cheese in between!! The cheese was not melted at all!! When the worker came to the window to serve my food, the establishment reeked of marijuana!! I’ll never visit this establishment again while on vacation!!

I gave a 5 star rating for a reason. When I went early in the morning after work. I went to the back to the drive-thru. I waited about 5, 10 15 minutes but no one answered the driver. I went around parked in the front and walked inside. A person came up to me and said I apologize. Your order will be in soon and I said okay so I went to go sit in the lounge. They have this nice little pink chair for the sat on the pink chair and play with my phone. Then about 5 or 6 other coffee drinkers came in to order. I looked and I realized there was a line and they were not happy. So I went back up and the same person I talked to was the only one there. I understood & told him to take his Time. He had my order right away. I told him not to work too hard and take it one customer at a time. To Dunkin you need at least 2 in the shop. I know finding help in that area is hard. Please give this person a breather. Need 2 one on coffee & stuff & other on food. Thank you K9CHRIS

My wife and I were skeptical of coming here because of the low rating, but we came here anyways since you can’t go wrong with dunkin. It definitely does not deserve the low rating the doughnuts were so tasty, sandwiches and coffee were fresh and delicious! We took awhile at the drive-thru and the worker was so patient with us. We are from Georgia so good customer service and respectful workers was a nice change for us. From the workers to the food can’t go wrong with this place for a nice pick me up in the morning.

Waited in line for 14 minutes at the speaker and that was before they even took our order. Then, brittany gave me an attitude when I was ordering. She also gave me the wrong price for the food, and she wanted to argue with me about the price. She said I heard her wrong when everybody else in the vehicle heard her give a lower price. She was not willing to accept the fact that she gave the wrong price and she tried to blame me as a customer.
