UPDATE!!!! The manager Mike returned my call and was truly a great guy! He explained that all his good staff left to go back to school so they’ve been trying to get new GOOD staff. He asked that I please not give up on them and offered me a free coffee next time I came. Well, I went back yesterday and WOW what a difference!! The staff was great!! The food SPECTACULAR!! We ordered 12 donuts inside. We were the only customers. We spoke very clearly about which flavors we wanted. They are correct on the receipt. When we opened our box after we were on the road, only five out of the 12 were what we asked for. I had a carful of disappointed kids. I really don’t know how he could have screwed it up so badly. It boggles the mind. If you want specific donut flavors, don’t go here because there is a less than 50/50 chance they will get it right.

Just had a wonderful encounter this morning! My husband and I went to Dunkin Donuts to grab a coffee to get our morning started. As we approached the window, we realized we accidentally forgot our wallets at home. In a full panic I realized that my card was connected to the Dunkin app. Before ordering I checked behind us to see if there was a line, and there wasn’t a car in sight. We quickly placed the order and were told to come to the second window. Note: we only ordered an iced coffee. When we pulled up to the window, we were violently handed our coffee and told “NEVER come here and order on the app again. You messed up our line and our times.” Then she proceeded to slam the window on us. My husband patiently waited for her to come back and proceeded to say “That’s not how you speak to people, we forgot our wallet and there was no one behind us in line.” Instead of apologizing for the way she spoke to us she proceeded with “Don’t do that again, you messed up our time and it’s not allowed and you’re not allowed to use the app in line.” She then blew a kiss and slammed the window. Now I’m not one to EVER complain, and I commend her for coming to work, but this is not how you treat people in general, let alone paying customers. What a disappointment!!!

Staff needs a pep talk on customer service. Definitely lack there of. Donut selection was good. Store is clean. Makes me miss Paradise Donuts…… My recommendation, SHOP LOCAL INSTEAD! Better service and quality at DEB’S COFFEE just across the street

Kitchen was closed at 11am. They only had a handful of donuts and staff was rude. The cashier was throwing donut baskets and being rough with the register/screen. I typically visit on weekdays and the drive through employees are always polite. Not sure what was going on this weekend.

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are talking about because i have never had a bad experience here! The donuts are always soft and taste amazing! The food and drinks never taste bad and the staff is never mean! They are understaffed sure, but what do you expect in a time like this? 10/10 Will come back later!

Went thru the drive thru this morning to get 2 coffees. Big mistake. I asked for one of the coffees to get sweet cream. I was told that she couldn’t put sweet cream in hot coffees. I informed her that I just came yesterday and I had no issues. I then get my coffee, of course I taste it, they put regular cream inside. So now I have to go inside and fix my order. I go inside to ask for a coffee with sweet cream and the Manager Amanda rudely says that it’s company policy that they can’t give me sweet cream foam but she will put it on the side. I asked for a new coffee and let her know I didn’t want it on the side and that it wasn’t foam that I got yesterday and she rudely walks away while I’m talking and just says “I don’t know what they gave you yesterday.” Long story short, I had to go back in a second time because it wasn’t right either. The young lady who helped me the second time was very nice and accommodating. I am very disappointed in the way the manager handle the situation. She was very rude from the beginning. If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should find another one. From years of experience working in the food industry I have always done whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I should of went to #Debs!
