Worst Dunkin donuts ever. Everyone in there do busy standing in front of fryer yapping their mouths giving dirty looks. Why cause your interrupting their talking time. I stood there behind 2 people. Ridiculous. I don’t need coffee that bad to be treated as if I am nuisance. Nice employee’s attitudes to wake up to with no coffee .

I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts the food made me and my wife with an upset stomach the breakfast sandwiches tasted like it had some kind of chemical on it which my wife and I noticed. Also they put our hash browns at the bottom of the bag which got smashed by the sandwiches. Never again

This Dunkin is run so poorly. 13 people in line inside. 20 minute wait in the drive thru. Donuts were not fresh. They keep trying to serve people out the back door because they can’t get an entire order out the window at the same time. The underlying problem is corporate can’t keep a good manager in there for more than 6 months.

Most stressed out employee in a rush I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to a Lot of different fast food establishments (way more than I’d like to admit but)… which I know boils down to toxic management, was so bad they completely forgot 1 item and I only ordered 3 things, nothing complicated…. no biggie but just a word to management, just chill. I’d rather wait a couple extra minutes than have to risk hitting something backing up or something. K cool

Absolutely disgusting . I order the chicken Swiss croissant. First it had yellow cheese then the chicken takes just like the air fryer or whatever they use to heat it up as well as the hash browns. Been calling the store since I left phone is declining calls. No receipt given. As soon as I get off work I’m taking this sandwich right back

“A” for effort. Staffing is tough these days, and retail, for employees, is hell post Covid. Staff was overwhelmed with breakfast rush and there was one girl I’d guess was in training, but they kept fighting the good fight to”keep America running” which I thought showed absolute grit and I truly commend. Keep it up, and what once felt like a capsizing boat will feel well balanced and efficient.

I’ve never found Dunkin to be worth my time and this was no different. The doughnuts are overly sweet and look/taste factory made. The breakfast taco was laughably small but worse is that they are advertised as a pair so I figured $3/pair wasn’t terrible. Nope, just a single taco for $3 and it was missing the bacon. The taco flavor is excellent, real potential. The Chai tea was also excellent. In the end I spent over $9 on one taco, one doughnut, and a medium chai tea. When McDonald’s does a $5 breakfast combo on the app that’s a better buy in my opinion.
