White girl, dark hair was very rude! I pulled up to the window after placing my order and was immediately greeted with “the order that was just placed?” Then once prompted to pull to the doors and wait, the girl brought our the drink and it was missing whipped cream. I told her of the error and she said “It wasn’t on there. Have a good day.” then walked back inside. I got out of my car and went inside to show the error and have the drink fixed and the same rude girl proceeded to look at their ticket and proclaim I was still incorrect even though my app said otherwise!

It’s pretty bad each time I’ve been in the last 6months…theres usually an issue with food, accuracy of order but today at 3pm couldnt even get service. Waited over 10min at the speaker with one car ahead of me. There’s no way to exit the line at that point so I was stuck there for almost 20mins, just to leave. Poor management clearly, since employee was comfortably unproductive.

I walked in, got to see the donuts, was standing at the counter…and then told they’re closed for walk in customers……I have to get back in my truck and drive around into the tiny little drive through built for golf carts. Yeah, I’ll go to Burger King.

Tried to get frozen coffee at 6:20. They said “no we already cleaning the machines “. YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 6:30 you clean after 6:30 !!!!! Not before !!!!!! What a poorly ran place. Drive to the other Dunkin down the road that also closes at 6:30zz they made my drink ! Ugh so enfuriating
