Meh. Overall. The snackin bacon was soggy, it had no crunch at all, the hash browns weren’t cooked all the way through, the bacon on the black pepper sandwich was also soggy. Almost over greased as if they microwaved it for 30 seconds to warm it so it was loose and very chewy.

absolutely horrible service. i waited 30 minutes to not even recieve my whole order. every time i come in here the floor and tables are littered with previous customers food and wrappers, also, they never are in stock of what people want to order past 8 o clock. i ordered the maple bacon sandwich and it was given to me with cheese unmelted. do NOT come here if u want a satisfactory experience at dunkin donuts.

One of the worst Dunkin’s I have been in. Every time the slowest service is always guaranteed. They need people who move fast. They said they are short staff. Their manager should do a better job hiring and retain those employees.

I’ve been ordering the same thing for years and every time I come to this location my ice coffee‘s a different color every time. I told the guy the window something don’t taste right, all he said was “ sorry”. The bagel minis were frozen still. Get it together!

Hours posted says open at 5 am M-S. Arrived at 5:30 to drive-through no answer. Pulled through to check front of store, lights off. If you can not staff your store please change your hours. Dependability is necessary to keep clientele.

Food was delicious but they were out of the Texas toast I wanted, thankfully the excellent employees helped me out and just put what I wanted on an English muffin. The drink I ordered was excellent as well and very refreshing after I had s skated for a few miles, the temperature was also really nice, kept fairly cool, and the staff didn’t mind my being on skatesc either. Overall a great experience!

The workers never acknowledged us when we walked in, they were joking around on their phones and took them at least 10 minutes to say we will be right with you. I ended up leaving and not even ordering because of it.

Staff is really nice but Never had a fresh batch of hashbrowns, ALWAYS stale! Wake up bacon egg and cheese wraps sometimes still has a cold egg in it. I always preferred Dunkin’ Donuts over Starbucks and they’re closer to my home but finding myself eating there less and less because of those reasons. I don’t want to bite into a cold egg in the morning or eat stale hashbrowns for breakfast on my way to work. Wished they would take more initiative in how they cook.
