This DD is trash. Drive thru only, no inside ordering options. The woman who works with no name tag is AWFUL. I get that she is a warm body that comes in to open the establishment, but she has zero customer service skills. Coffee is good as usual, but after the workers’ attitude, I did not order food as I assumed she would have ruined it or tainted it.

No one at this location pays attention to any customers at the order counter. I waited 10 minutes while being ignored by 2 different employees before I ordered via the kiosk and then waited another 15min and when someone finally asked me if I needed anything I said, yes I’d like a iced macchiatos I was told I had to order through the kiosk which I replied that I already had, 15minutes prior. I was charged $9.86 for a coffee that’s only supposed to be $5.37. I was charged an extra $3.00 for using the kiosk because the employees ignore everyone not in the drive thru. Save your money and go anywhere else or just throw it out the window.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes just for my coffee to be burnt and it didn’t have any of the mocha I added and paid extra for. My black pepper bacon sandwich was also cold and in 30 min the cheese never even melted. Tried calling to get a credit and no one picked up the phone.

There are no cashiers inside, just through the drive thru. There is only an automated system to order on inside the store. We ordered the maple bacon and was surprised at the small serving. The taste was good, the serving is too small for the price though. The worst part of our experience was the rude service we received from the worker in the red mask. She wasn’t wearing a name tag. She was very rude and demanding-asking how we were able to order a specialty doughnut in a dozen without an upcharge. (Because it was an option) we don’t mind paying more for a doughnut, it’s not my fault the automated system didn’t charge me correctly. After harassing me about ordering the special doughnut, they conveniently run out of that type of doughnut, so they couldnt add it to my order. I will never return to this store because of the rude service.

My iced coffee was made incorrectly, so the employee said “No problem, I can remake it” GREAT….I thought just to be handed back the SAME Iced coffee with A shot of Mocha . What is so hard about making a caramel mocha iced coffee? It is just two pumps of caramel and two pumps of mocha!!! I just accepted what I was given and went on my way.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich in the drive-through, the worker repeat it back the order, I waited several minutes, despite being the only one there when I finally got home, there was nothing but a croissant with butter, no bacon, egg, and cheese! I’m only posting this, because it’s a repeat an issue at this Dunkins, the owners are often wrong!

Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!! The woman behind the counter was SO RUDE. The guy in front of me was shorted one donut & the woman behind the counter (WBC) pretty much yelled at him because he asked for the missing donut. I ordered one large latte & a small matcha. While waiting for my drink I heard the WBC yelling that she was out of large “cold cups”. I didn’t realize she was yelling at me. I mistakenly thought she was yelling at her be coworker. They only had medium/sm. I asked for a refund. She stated they don’t do refunds. Then she said she could put the cold latte in a “hot” cup I accepted it that way. Then I remind her I need a glazed donut & across the counter w/ her back to me she yells she “don’t have any glazed donuts”. I just took anything (I should hav taken a picture of what I got… weirdest donut ever). Then she hands me the matcha which Definitely does not look right. I question it & she takes the cup back & has to RE-MAKE IT! By now I’ve been inside the building 15 mins & hubby is getting concerned. I FINALLY leave give my husband his drink , he takes one sip & asks what the heck I ordered? I try his drink & IDK what is in the “hot” cup but it’s undrinkable!!! Tasted like chemicals & hardly any coffee…more like soapy water. If I wasn’t so mad about spending almost $12 for 2 drinks (one of which was undrinkable) & a donut I would have laughed out loud at how stupid the thing was. It was a dumpster fire in that place. No coffee is worth that! The poor woman after me had it just as bad and she was also yelled at about her order. Now I’m going to be a lot more selective about which Dunkin’s I go to. Stay away from the Titusville Dunkin Donuts.

Dumpy dive Doughnut shop. Toilet In the bathroom is literally falling apart and is nasty. They threw all the doughnuts into a bag willy nilly, so I ended with chocolate frosting on my jelly doughnuts. Every doughnut we had was stale like yesterday’s oldest.
