The drive-thru line always takes me at least 15 minutes for a pastry and a beverage. I’d come more often, but I have to consider if it’s worth it to be late to work. I’m not sure if employees haven’t been trained effectively or if there’s always 1 or 2 people working the entire store, but something has to be changed. There’s also usually 1 detail that’s wrong about my order every other time I show up too
