This location needs some help. We went through the drive through and the first two items I requested were either discontinued or “my truck is late”. If items are discounted, why still have them on your advertising menu? And don’t get frustrated when I ask for something else, and you don’t have that. No bacon, no wraps, and no latte? Then after we ordered and had to wait in the parking lot for 5 min and create a backup. Hopefully this location will improve, but I’ll probably not be visiting this location again.

This location needs new management. The employees are nice, but don’t know how to do their job. I ordered an iced coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar and the drink is served whiter than paper. This has happened ample times at this location, and I will not be returning.

This Dunkin has a new manager. The previous manager was fantastic but quit. This morning I nicely asked them to re-do my bagel the way I always order it and the new manager came out and raised her voice in front of the customers and employees and became very rude, claiming I threw the bagel at her. (I hope they have video) This new “manager” has obviously had zero experience or training in dealing with customers or employees. Don’t waste your time here

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS and make sure they didn’t overcharge you. I don’t think anyone who frequents DD expects great service. I don’t even expect them to get my order right. BUT I do expect not to be scammed! I was getting my morning coffee from this location on a daily basis. I know how much I pay each time. A few weeks ago I noticed that the price had gone up. With inflation, I wasn’t too surprised, however, the receipt stated that I purchased an extra pump of caramel swirl. I didn’t ask for any extra pumps, but whatever. The next day the same thing happens, I ask why is the price different than what I usually pay? She says, it’s because I asked for extra caramel swirls. I explain that I never asked for that. She took the extra $.25 charge off. Now I’m getting suspicious. The next day, I order the same thing, this time it’s even MORE than the days before. This time they charged me $.50 extra for extra caramel swirls. I go in and talk to the cashier, who talks to someone (I assume the manager) and she gives me back my $.50, no explanation. At this point, I’m starting to realize there’s a scam going on here. I will not go to this location any longer. I was overcharged a total of $1.00 in one week at this store, that’s beyond a coincidence. Not to mention there were no extra pumps of caramel shown on the order sticker. Don’t go to this store, there are many other locations to go to!

I’m not much of a coffee drinker at all so it was random that I wanted some on this day but the staff here were extremely helpful. I received a full explanation on most every drink as to what made it different from the others. From that, I made my choice & was very pleased with it. They have a wide variety of donuts that looked very tasty as well. Definitely will be going back to try other menu items.

Such a horrible visit to this Dunkin Donuts! First, it took 20 – 30 mins to ORDER the food. Second, the place the look through the drive thru, machines were BROKEN! Trash ALL over the place! Last Food. The food is perfect! Hash browns are amazing! And also service is VERY IMPORTANT to me! ❤

The girls working were so nice and welcoming. I had some questions about the menu because I haven’t been to a Dunkin in a long time. They took the time to explain things to me and made me feel more comfortable ordering things I’ve never tried before. We will definitely be coming back and I will recommend this store to my friends.

Gets the orders wrong all the time. I ordered a box of blueberry donut holes, but they gave me an assorted box. They don’t make the drinks right. A lady was in the middle of training and the trainer said that cold brew is the same thing as iced coffee with espresso. @the trainers at dunkins, you don’t know anything, they are not the same. They also try to pass off certain drinks with the wrong ingredients like how they tried to put toffee in a caramel chocolate frappuccino because no one was ordering toffee.

12 pm lunch time place was empty…already out of donuts… manager said that was it for the day no more donuts…cashier and manager not friendly… bathrooms dirty.. donuts were stale and not too many to chose…. had family members visiting from another state… very disappointed ☹️
