Literal Trash , idk if it was done on Purpose but they gave me the opposite of what I ordered how the heck do you mess up 3 lil munchkins I asked for a regular plain :/ I just threw my whole order out! Make sure you check your order before you leave. They’ll gladly smile in your face knowing they messed up.

I had a wonderful experience with Shantay and Neisha, they helped me coordinate a catered breakfast for my 2 day company event. The donuts and muffins were fresh and the coffee was a hit. They called me ahead of time to let me know things were on time and ready for pick up. These ladies were organized and on top of it. We would use their catering services again!

Went through drive through and took 20+ minutes to get a coffee. Ordered a flavored latte with almond milk. I received just whole milk and flavoring ( a LOT of flavoring)! No coffee, espresso, nothing just pure sugar milk. Threw it away!

the “manager” there barely speaks English , they have no donuts at all , the place gave an alarming smell of garbage from the DRIVE THRU, the whole time my window needed to be up , I have been there two times and all I wanted was a blueberry donut and the manager had no idea what I was speaking of. She does not believe in whip cream , at all , who gets a frozen coffee without whip cream…

I went in and was the second person in line. Waited 15 minutes before they would ask what I wanted . All I wanted was a coffee and toasted bagel with cream cheese. When I received the bagel it was all black inside burnt with cream cheese placed on it. Not an apology or anything . Lady mentioned to ask for lightly toasted next time. So sad….

My co-worker and I went to go get some breakfast and although we expected the store to be busy the service was horrible. First of all the cashier seem new because it was taking her forever to ring up our order. When she finally finished taking our order and starts repeating it back, she got half of the order wrong. I asked for a French roll and she’s giving me a croissant. I tell her that’s not what I asked for and she’s points at the wall and tells me that’s all they have. Ok ? So you just decided to give me a croissant and not tell me?. Alright, then we asked for 6 munchkins and we get 3. We let her know is 6 and she gives us 2 little bags we more than 6 by the way, I then asked for a box for the munchkins and she’s giving me a box that was seating by her register open and tells me the box is dirty. Lord ! When I tell you it was bad it was bad. And forget about the 15-20 minutes we had to wait for our bagels. There was only 1 person making the orders and one cashier at a peak time. Manager was walking back and forth but I didn’t see her stepped in to actually help. This store definitely needs improvement, I understand there’s bad days and things can go wrong but Dear Management letting people know you are doing your best and apologizing goes a long way.
