Every time I come here they seem to forget something and I don’t know why but every time I order the avocado toast with bacon they never put the bacon is starting to get ridiculous I understand if you forget one or two times but almost every single time I go and you would think I check my box every time I get it but for some reason I’m always in a hurry very disappointed!

Drive thru has 2 old ladies that are nasty and disgusting individuals. Beyond unprofessional. Its raining and I did not hear anyone at the speaker. After not hearing anything I drove up and explained what happened however they screamed at me!! As if I just wanted to order at the window and not the speaker. They need better people representing this business. These 2 ladies need to stay home and yell at their husbands and kids not customer. They were so Bitter!

I’m sorry but my experience with this location was awful. First, it took us about 40 minutes to get our food when we ordered inside. Second, the employees were taking forever to get the food out. I understand that the location was short staffed but almost 40 mins when we ordered inside? Some customers got the wrong food. Some customers were asking for refunds. Third, the employees kept saying next time order through the drive-through it be faster but it made us feel like we weren’t important the people inside. But what happened if all of us did do the drive-though? I felt like it would have been the same wait. I saw the look of one of the employees ready to walk out. Lastly I’m sorry again but the manager didn’t dressed like a manager and when customers asked where’s the manager he barely came up to us to give us answers. I just want corporate to help the Dunkin’ Donuts in these locations on colonial and the silver star locations cause these two places are needing help! There needs to be a change.

Ordered through Doordash and the result was terrible. Donuts weren’t frosted completely, we didn’t get some of the donuts we ordered and inside the jelly ones was disgusting and gone bad . My husband ordered a large iced coffee with French vanilla flavoring and there was none like at all. Someone clearly hates their job.

Been here twice before. 1st Dunkin in the Orlando area (only been to 2 others) where the decaf coffee is actually served hot and not barely hot. Acknowledged me upon walking up for service. Very prompt and courteous service. Will need to come back here more when in the area.
