I used to come here consistently about a year and a half ago because it was on the way to work. They were slow as turtles then and the espresso machine was almost always broken. How does this happen in a coffee shop??? I gave up and started driving further out of my way to go to a different location.

After going through drive thru last visit and receiving wrong donuts- requested Bavarian cream donuts but instead got whipped filling!! i decided to go inside the store this visit to make sure i receive correct order. Around 1210 pm I went inside the store to get donuts and coffee. The cashier had her back facing us taking pictures of the donuts they had on the shelves on her personal cell phone. Without even turning her head and greeting us, she yelled out ” We are not taking orders right now our system is down!” That was very rude and unprofessional. This store needs to work on better customer service. I ended up going to the dunkin donuts store on semoran and Curry Ford and had a great experience there. Very pleased with their customer service. She was very enthusiastic about taking my order and professional. I rather go to this store which is out of my way than to go to this store which is 1 min from my house just based on customer service. Very poor customer service, I felt disrespected. NO STARS if I could.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Placed an online order and when I go in to pick it up apparently they didn’t receive it. I show them the receipt and they refused to make the order. Had me wait around for over 10 minutes. The response was “it’s not my problem”. Extremely unprofessional. I always get terrible service here but after today they will never see me again. 0 stars.

Don’t advertise “under new manage” unless your service is improved. I went this morning, waited for the car in front me to get 4 pieces of bacon which took almost 10 minutes- all for me to get my bagel not toasted, not even heated at all, and almost no cream cheese. The four frosted donuts were all shoved into the bottom of a single bag. What a mess.

Needs better customer service! Ordered and paid for 3 coffees, gave me 2. Fixed the issue quickly! Cool. But I am diabetic and asked for a coffee with SPLENDA. Gave me regular sugar & when I asked about it, they argued they put “splenda” when I clearly see and taste the sugar. Had to take it because I am on the way to work and they didn’t change it when I first asked instead they wanted to double check I was saying the truth. Really unfortunate! I love dunkin please be more considerate for employees trying to make a quick effective stop!

Online and on their front door it says they open at 0500. I have been there twice this week around 0515 and they weren’t opened. Update your hours or open when you are supposed to!

This location has ridiculous policies. I ordered ahead on the app but because they were short staffed and had no manager so no one could enter the lobby (3hrs after they opened). They made me wait in a long drive thru line to pick up my coffee and were not allowed to just hand me my order at the door. There was also no signage to this effect. I don’t blame the workers because they’re just following directions and it’s not their fault they’re understaffed but management needs to provide better service (or turn off mobile ordering if it’s not available!). EDIT: I got to the window almost mins after I’d ordered and it still wasn’t ready.
