DROPPED RATING BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE NOT OPEN AT THEIR DOOR MARKED 5 AM TIME. IT IS 20 MINUTES AFTER AND SHE IS LAUGHING AT THE PEOPLE AT THE DOOR! Always have excellent service here, but in addition on today, they went out of their way to fix an issue from the rewards app. Thank you!

Bad experience ever!! The service so bad!! Like they donwant to work at all!!! Sneezing in front of me and didn’t wash his hand and took my munchkins with the same hand. He didn’t know what frozen coffee mocha was and after finished my order just left me and cursed about customer in front of me and sat down and made me wait for 10 minutes until the other girl decided to make my orders. I paid $11.04 for this experience. I threw away my munchkins away!!!! 2 people working there, 1 guy and 1 girl. I love dunkin but I always having bad experiences everytime I came. I don’t think I will go to dunkin again especially this in good neighborhood at Dr. Phillips area and next to Whole Food.

Worst service I have experienced in a Dunkin. I will not return to this place. Filthy. Employees on their phones. Employees with attitude and not wanting to work. Dunkin needs to shut all their doors. Every time I visit one, they either don’t have product or employees with attitude. In this one you get a 3 for 1. Dirty. Disrespectful. Low inventory.

From where you’re waiting for your coffee, you can see thick layers of dust and hair clinging to the rack that dispenses the cups. I showed one of the employees and her response was basically, whatever, I just do what I’m told here. Ok.

The morning ladies at this location are VERY VERY slow and they come off rude as well. Especially the older lady with a front tooth gap – she’s so rude…i witness her making a latte and she wouldn’t even announce the ticket number. So a customer ask if that’s her ticket number. She replied aggressively “Did you order a latte?? If you did then that’s yours”Dunkin executive mgmt, please coach these ladies for better customer service or replace them.

Starting with the manager, she had a very rude attitude and when I told her so she said that’s just the way she is every day and will change for no one. Nice example to other employee present who was also demonstrating the exact same attitude. When she gave me the wrong size coffee way too late she got upset as if it were my fault that I paid for something else.
