Staff here was real friendly and worked real hard. I bet when there is a big convention this place is absolutely swamped so keep that in mind but if you need ice cream in the afternoon they aren’t to busy so swing by and pick up some Baskin Robins ice cream. Parking is a bit difficult I parked in the McDonald’s parking lot and walked over.

Been to this location three days in a row on vacation. Haven’t gotten my (extremely simple) order right once. They can repeat it back correctly and it’s correct on the sticker but they just don’t care enough to make it correctly – even if you’re the only one in line. My latte (tiny shot of espresso with milk!) should not be black. Super frustrating.. especially after spending over $6.

Staff was more interested in their own Conversations or being on their phones, leaning on counters etc than that of the cleanliness or service needed for their customers. Their highlighted menu item was “discontinued” so they made me something “similar”, i will never order again. Our sandwiches were burnt so my kids woukdnt eat them and we had to go elsewhere to reorder them food. This experience actually made us avoid other dunkin donuts for the remainder of our trip. If you want dunkin, avoid this location unless encountering rude, lazy staff in a dirty facility and paying for very basic subpar food that you may not eat is your thing.

This place will steal from you. I ordered a chocolate milkshake for $5.49 and sales tax in Florida is 6% so it should have been about $5.83 but they charged me $6.39. where did the extra 55 cents go okay.

We are always stopping at DD, but this one we will be skipping from now on and finding a different one. They do not have a drive thru so everyone has to go in and they had 3 people working. They seemed to not be able to keep up with orders and the store was sold out of a lot.
