This rather centrally located and busy intersection. Duncan does not have donuts for sale. They have a professionally printed sign that says they do not sell donuts. Do not waste your stop here. The employees are rather rude. When asked about their products available, I was only directed by a finger point to assign on the front counter that said no donuts. No munchkins available. The employees here are beyond rude and this location should rehire immediately.

I went back to Dunkin this morning. The branch manager told me my order would be replaced for free. That didn’t happen. The manager on site Nu nu was very rude. Coffee was horrible and they charged me for my order. I won’t be back. Horrible customer service. They won’t see me again.

I usually don’t have an issue with this Dunkin but today, I ordered a watermelon raspberry refresher and the lady Christina at the window overfilled the drink so when she handed it to me it spilt all over me and all over the inside of my car. No sorry or anything.

There are a lot of dunkins in the state of Florida but this one has stood out in the best ways. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the smiling faces at the front, and although the drive thru was busy as it always is at 8 in the morning the only chaos was coming outside the window at the customers waiting for their joe. Christina took my order and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The food was great and HOT just like you would want. You can tell the store is very well managed and while I was there can also tell they are getting a little face lift. So if you are coming to dunkin and you’re in Orlando. Find this one and say hello.

This review is for store 355403 Sheila. This morning i have experienced the worst customer service experience. The manager is charged Mrs. Sheila..was very rude… because i took back some bagels, 3 of them were very hard…not fresh at all or over cooked. She get upset because she was saying they serve fresh bagels everyday. Not all the bagels were bad, i bought 6 and 3 of them were hard like a rock. I was getting this food for a very important customer, i cant serve those bagels they way they were. She also was complaining i didn’t bring the cream cheese back, i was running out time because my customer was about to get to our facilities. I told her i could pay for the cream cheese and I decided to change the bagels for muffins and pay the difference. She was having a very difficult moment, assuming personal issues, but that is not proper way to do customer service… especially if is a Manager… can’t imagine the employees working for her with that behavior. Mrs. Sheila have you heard this line that said: Kill Poeple w Kidness!..I forgive you… please leave your personal situations out the door and don’t bring that Nasty Attitude to your Customers or employees. The people that eat in your store are the ones that pay for your salary. I wasnt rude to you at all, i was trying to get fresh food that is what i pay for. Life is a learning process…hope you learn to be better on what you do, if you dont have skills to work on this environment, better prepare yourself to not be dealing w these situations. Blessings

With the happenings of the past few years the 4 DD’s I have to choose from have not been up to par. But the furthest from me I can always count on, when I have business in that area. The girls who take your order and fix your order at the drive up are so pleasant and accommodating. And management has taken the time to post a sign about being short-handed.
