Initially put off by the locked doors for no apparent reason. There was no sign on the door saying it was drive through only, but the doors are all still locked at 11am. We ended up doing 6he drive through which took and extra 30 min (good thing we were not in a rush!) I recommend putting up a sign or something about the lobby being closed.

Customer service was decent. And because of that, I didn’t check my box as I normally do. The donuts were the oldest and stalest donuts I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a half dozen and all went in the trash. I even tried calling the store to let them know they should not selling anymore of the batch, but no answer. Money down the drain!

Waited over 20 minutes for food and when I confronted the guy about it, he lied and said someone took my food even though I was staring at the pickup area the whole time and not a single bag had my name on it. I just got a few egg and cheese wraps and a medium coffee. Utterly terrible service DO NOT recommend at all!

Culture lacked here. Order wrong. Lack of knowledge of dairy free and shot knowledge. The espresso beans tasted expired. Order wasn’t rpted no total given no please thank you or smile. Seeing the other reviews here it’s ashame.

Walked in, the place felt a little unkept, but was still willing to give it a try until the cashier turned around, sneezed on the donuts, then proceeded to continue working with a customer as if nothing had happened. Needless to say I turned around and walked out. (If you are still wanting to give it a try be aware there are pretty limited flavors of donuts compared to most other donut shops).

This was the worst DD service I’ve ever received and we go to a lot of DD’s. We just wanted hot coffee and they couldn’t manage that. Waited 10-15 minutes then got a Luke warm coffee with grounds in it. I know it’s hard to find good help but the manger needs to do a serious training here.
