Terrible, I’ve giving this Dunkin chances time & time again , A few months ago I ordered a bacon avocado toast & there was an outrageous amount of burnt pieces on my toast as if someone scrapped it off the pan & sprinkled on my toast . Today I order an everything bagel & this is wth I get ?! Not all workers have the same intentions my coffee seems to be correctly made most of the time , I do come often I live near this Dunkin’ Donuts . The drive thru person today treated me poorly & his behavior definitely showed he didn’t want to be there he not once looked as I was handing him payment or receiving my food . I’m DONE !

First let’s start with Drive thru’s can be hit or miss. This location “AMAZING”… Super friendly people working here. Very attentive to one’s requests. Example: No sugar please or Extra Extra sweet please. I mean even if something is not available (rarely) they always go above and beyond..

The customer service at this store is terrible. The Spanish girl working the drive thru on 6/7 around 6:45am was more worried about the personal phone call that she was on than assisting customers. She hands me my order incomplete I tell her I was still missing an iced coffee, the. I look at the coffee she had already handed and it’s a medium hot coffee when I had ordered an XL coffee. I told her it wasn’t what I ordered and she’s looking at me clueless and says “oh I’m sorry I got a line”. That’s not my problem. When I was i was in the drive thru there was no one there!! Maybe she shouldn’t have been on her phone and paid attention to her job!

I usually come to this location on my way to work. After today I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I was the only person in the drive-thru this morning. Waited for nearly 10 minutes only to realize no one was working the drive-thru. Also on my last visit they kept mixing up orders.

Our visit to this location 6/14/23 was more than a 5 star rating. Destiny and Pare’sia made our night! My inlaws, the kids and I were hungry after a long delayed and bumpy flight from Chicago. They were the only 24 hour location close to where we were headed that I could find on Google. After a technical difficulty with the system and trying to use the app with no luck (probably my app skills) they took it upon themselves to make the situation better and gave us the best customer service we’ve ever received from a dunkin. I appreciate all that they did and these girls deserve the best for their kindness and hospitality. Thanks again from your Chicago fam!
