I usually like Dunkin, but this experience was very unfortunate. I went in for breakfast and expected to get some sort of “fast food” and my wait was anything but fast. The employees were very young and inexperienced. I constantly heard them say “bro, I am so slow.” I watched as a piece of cheese fell on the counter and they looked around and put it back on the sandwich. After a very long and unnecessary wait I got to my car and started eating my bagel; Only to find that the only cream cheese was smashed into the hollow center of the bagel. Please make that make sense to me? Then my Sourdough breakfast sandwich was barely heated up. I should have just waited in the long line of the Curry Ford/Alafaya location.

Coffee cup was not filled as normally is. When I opened the cap it was only 3/4 filled. Ordered a ham, egg & cheese croissant and had to change it to sausage. No ham at this location offered. Bagel with cream cheese. Cream cheese was a paper thin layer like butter. I love Dunkies but not at this location. Not my first experience with this kind of service from this location.

I’ve been going to this facility since it opened and they have gone through some rough growing pains that culminated into the facility you see today. It is a medium to small dunker donuts with indoor seats available. I’m I’m not happy with their donuts selection , it used to be good . it appears that they no longer longer carry all different flavors and types of donuts; only the ones that are most popular to that particular facility. I like the chocolate cream filled Donuts which they no longer carry and I am forced to go to another duncans, down the road For them. But this facility is directly on my way home , so I always stop here for a coffee and recommended.

I went in at 130 to buy a treat for a kid my family was babysitting for his after dinner dessert. I never looked in the bag but after dinner he goes to eat it and the worker put a “chocolate with sprinkles” face down in the bag with no wrapper. I was the only 1 in the store so she was not busy. Frosting was all off the donut and onto the bag. The cashier was VERY nice though
