Walking in we wasn’t greeted at all. Maybe a minute later the girl through her hand up and said I’ll be right with you. A guy ended up helping us with our order. Some stuff they were out and something we wanted they said they couldn’t do. I guess different states do different things. (We are from out of state). My sandwich was good but my sons wrap was ehh. All in all we wont be back.

worst experience i have ever had with any dunkin. i order a simple iced latte (french vanilla) they got it wrong 3 times in the drive through. i walked in and THEY SLABBED SOME BS DRINK TOGETHER & didn’t even get it right again… like i was very patient and polite & i am so upset that after 4 tried i still left with the wrong order. off to another dunkin i go and hopefully they can get it right

PLEASE PASS RIGHT BY THIS LOCATION WITHOUT HESITATION. 2 weekends ago…Customer service was incredibly rude from the female yelling from inside the pick up window area attempting to be heard inside the car window that she only had one piece of chicken, repeatedly 3x…this sort of communication is unacceptable. Greet the customer AT the window to adjust the online order being picked up! As we wanted/ordered 2 chicken breakfast sandwiches. PLUS messed up the COFFEE order, our sizes were reduced & missing one entire coffee. Needless to say, we weren’t provided the items paid for! A gentleman working inside approached & apologized. A prior visit weekend before this, also shorted our drink pre order.

Had originally planned to sit inside and get some work done but decided against it when I realized the store was en extension of the neighborhood it was placed in. Oven was not working so no hot food was available. At least 1 employee had her child in the store while on shift. I personally don’t mind much but it didn’t look good.
