Two african American females staff here are rude as hell! My order states less ice but, the ladies excellerated to anger & nasty attitudes when politely ask to please put less ice…why is cup filled half of ice. The Caucasians female decided to laugh about this as well! Never higher help that sarcastically laugh/talk back to customers. Each paying csr pays the ceo n all of any establishment where services/ food industry us offered. Higher GM needs to install cameras on rudeness presented to customers here!!!

The management is letting homeless people stay on their property making it look trashy. They have a family with kids that beg customers for money everyday. They even go to IHOP and do the same thing there. I would never go there again.

After watching 2 customers come in and get to cut in front of me to fix the messed orders, never being acknowledged once, and waiting over 10 minutes at the counter, I left. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at any Dunkin Donuts. Apparently the staff don’t know how to make drinks properly either as that was the number one complaint. My advice, skip this place.

Me and my family was visiting from Virginia, my child had to use the restroom so we figured we would get doughnuts since we were there but they wouldn’t let us use the restroom until we bought something, so needless to say my son had an accident in his pants because of this so we just left. I do not recommend this place There is a male employee there with blue tips in his hair, he was very rude and not smiling at his customers, didn’t even acknowledge we even spoke to him.
