The one star I’ve given is because the service is actually good. The people are friendly. However, the quality of drinks and food is awful. About two or three years ago I used to come here every day. It wasn’t great, but it was decent and I got an order down that was mostly the same every day. I started working at Starbucks and started going there more often. Today I decided I didn’t want to drive so far, so I ordered on the app. I ordered the Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle ICED Coffee after the app suggested it and a sourdough breakfast sandwich.

This Duncan always disappoints. They don’t toast your sandwich bread, they cut corners, and the hash brows are always undercooked and soggy. Either everyone buys donuts before 10am, or this place just doesn’t make that many. Selection is always limited, and they never taste fresh. Coffee is ok, but if you get iced coffee, you’ll be chewing on sugar granules.

Terrible store. They could care less about their delivery orders. Food totally unsatisfactory. The snackin bacon is suppose to be peppery and sweet, instead it’s burnt with no flavor at all! The bagels are chewy, cold and hard even when you ask for them to be toasted! They skimp on the cream cheese and this is the worst Dunkin donuts experience I’ve ever had. Uber should definitely change their contract with them. My family is so disappointed and this is the second time, before that they didn’t even have cream cheese!!!

Literally the absolute worst DD I’ve ever encountered, and I say that as a previous employee. I have tried and tried again to give them another chance, and each time I do they disappoint. Not sure what the issue is but don’t waste your time or hard earned cash. Zero stars. They are rude, and apparently returning wrong orders is not acceptable.

The place is always clean. The menu is what it is; you know what you’ll get. It seems they got more staff in the last few weeks. Two are perky and actually greet you, friendly! Service takes a bit if you walk in because it appears they focus on drive-thru more. The drive-thru line is always long, spilling out onto the street, which makes it difficult to enter the lot if you don’t know which is the best way to do so. Going inside is easier as far as how you get served if you can wait. That can be a bit annoying, but I guess it forces us to focus on patience.

Longest drive thru experience for no reason. 20 mins and got the wrong food. Girl at the window was talking, holding my food while I watched her wait to finish her conversation with her coworker. We ended up going inside to correct the food order. While experience was probably a half hour. Google indicates they are “not too busy” get it together

Almost every single time I go to Dunkin dine in or even take out they mess up my order for example today they forgot a whole entire box of munkins. They also always forget stuff because the employees are always arguing or talking about drama. And the employees are always really rude.I swear they need to just fire all of their employees and get new ones so then your reviews would go up and we would actually get what we payed for. PLEASE DUNKIN JUST GO OUT IF BUSINESS AT THAI POINT IT SHOULD GET KNOCKED DOWN AND TURNED INTO A STARBUCKS.

Wow I definitely regret giving this company my business. The bagels were soggy and the drink tasted as if the employee who made it just added whatever they wanted. Also the customer service was very unprofessional. If a company this big can’t successfully deliver orders then don’t offer option. Starbucks is way more expensive but I see why the quality of the food drinks n service is great.
