Staff appeared to be working as hard as they could, but the restaurant was clearly under staffed…most likely under-paying workers. Outdoor landscaping was not visually appealing. Coffee was great, but took about 30 min. to get six boxes of coffee.

Just terrible. There was an employee wrapping her arm on a bandage in the food area. The service was bad and the food was thrown together. One older lady here was making sure customers were taken care of. The rest of the staff could have stayed home and been as helpful.

I’ve been coming here nearly every morning for two weeks. Usually they are pretty good. I wouldn’t say nice or they have great service but they get the job done. Most of the time. Yesterday morning they made me a large ice Chai latte(which ended up being some weird version with coffee, no creamer and a drip or two of some sort of possibly Chai flavor). This morning they got the Chai right but when I got to work and opened up my breakfast of bagel and cream cheese I found that they seem to have forgotten the cream cheese. It’s funny really, but also annoying because now I’m supposed to eat a 5$ bagel barely warm and with no cream cheese. Also the line was packed this morning to the point where it circled around the building and the people leaving with their food were stuck in the same line as the ones getting their food.(the problem with that is, it means the line can’t move because the exit is blocked). So all in all, as much as I enjoy the convenience and spoiling myself with coffee and food in the mornings, this Dunkin could do better.

Awful customer service! Every Friday I take the kids to DD after school. I have continued to look the other way and deal with wrong coffee orders but not anymore. So when I question a wrong order, the drink/food is snatched from your hand, drive thru window get slammed in your face, and wrong drink/food is aggressively thrown away, correct order is complete half heartedly, your handed the order with no comment and the window slams shut again. I am tired if just sitting back and watching this! I got a iced coffee instead of hot, when I received my correct order the coffee was room temp and horrible. This is your JOB you are expected to get it RIGHT, take pride in what you do, or you’ll continue to always be lost. People make mistakes, understandable, but they are in desperate need of a customer service lesson/class. This Dunkin continues to disappointment, will no longer have our business and we will continue to spread the word about this place.

The most screwed up Dunkin ever. Employees, especially on nigh shift are as sharp as a bowling ball. They regularly get order wrong, or serve cold coffee or are out of coffee at 7pm. The worst!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this Dunkin’. Considering that every Dunkin’ you go to the lines will be long, it’s important to remember the staff that work there are doing the best they can. I think it’s always important to remember to have grace and mercy on other people. I love Lillian, every time I come in she’s always greeting people and she’s so efficient!

I’ve had multiple incidents here. Today was the last straw. I wanted 6 donuts. I had to pay first. I proceed to pick my donuts and asked for a Halloween one. I was told they aren’t included and would be more money so I’d have to run my card again. I said forget it. Then I ordered a large juice for me and my kids to share. I asked for a small cup with nothing in it. I was then told I would need to pay for that as well. SMH. Starbucks might be pricey but their customer service is far superior and they also give free SMALL cups to share with your toddlers. Y’all lost my business.

Worst Dunkin in town. Orders placed far in advance are STILL not ready 15 mins later for pick up. The iced coffee comes out looking like milk, despite asking for 1 pump of cream. The drive thru line constantly gets grid locked. And the head manager is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in food service. How she still has that job, I don’t understand…. Literally only go to this location bc it’s a half mile from my home. If you can, go to ANY other location in town and you’ll be better off.
