The last Grounder
Worst experience ever. Just left from there. Chick took out the trash came over and took my order then proceeded to make my good without washing her hands. Disgusting. I work in food service and this isn’t it. I called corporate. This is unacceptable then when u confronted her about it she said well I don’t have to make your effin sandwich followed by a few choice curse words. Got a refund and got the hell.out of there. The other guy didn’t even have a care in the world. Worst dd experience ever.

My wife and I ordered a cappuccino when we were on our way home from dinner. We got all the way home, and realized there was no coffee in the cream. We were at the Dunkin’ Donuts in micco Florida, and the manager was not very nice whatsoever. My comment to him was how do you forget to put the coffee in the cream. I will never ever go back there again. He was rude to me. And that’s all I have to say.

Workers are always very nice that’s the only plus. The way they make coffee is disgusting they don’t use liquid sugar instead they put regular sugar which taste like your drinking sand through the straw. They’re also always outve something which is so annoying like how are you outve CUPS? Last week it was bacon the week before that they were outve ALL FOOD i don’t know what is going on but I hope they get it together. I know it’s not the workers fault for that, more of the managers fault.

If you like being charged twice for items you only got one of, by employees who genuinely don’t want to be there and treat you like a nuisance for ordering simple menu items, this place is for you! The sad excuse of an Employee was whining at the window about not wanting to be there and overcharged me. When it was brought to her attention that she made an error she was aggressive towards me and indifferent about her mistake. All around I’m very disappointed. I really like Dunkin but this store gives the company a bad name.
