Service here always sucks. They always get your order wrong. Workers can’t seem to know the difference between vanilla cream and barvarian cream. Also it seems like after 12pm service gets really bad. It literally took 15mins for them to take our order. And another 10mins to get our orders. To add on to that they always fail to give you all your orders. So that makes you waste more time and gas to go back to get the rest of your orders. This location is becoming ridiculous. Even if I live across I will never go back to this location anymore since it has failed me and my family multiple times.

Around 4:30pm on Aug 11- There were a few cars in the drive through so I decided to go inside. The blender was going. A blue iced drink was being made. On top of the fact that I stood there for a while and no one acknowledged me (though both people working looked at me and ignored me) this young lady making the drink stuck her finger in the drunk to get it out of the blender. She was having a difficult time even after adding more water to it. I just walked out. I will get my iced coffee from another location.

Corporate (the number I called to complain about this) is nice, but this store needs help. They haven’t been open in-store for days which obviously I can’t fault them for being understaffed. But as you can imagine that means the drive-thru line is ridiculous. So this morning I attempt to beat the rush and go at 6:45am. I ordered two spider donuts for my toddler daughters and well, the picture is what I got. After I arrive home I saw they overcharged me also. $3.19 (after taxes) and this is what I get. The app says it’s $1.19 each.

This place has a very rude staff. They treat their customers very bad and always have an attitude. I ordered a drink that had 3 shots of caramel and they gave me a drink without it. When I told them that the drink was supposed to have caramel, the shift manager denied it and was hostile towards me. Then one of the employees came, who was a young blonde haired lady, and told me that I needed to pay for the extra shots of caramel and come back to the line. She was very hostile with me and shut the window on my face when I was talking to my daughter. I stood waiting in the line and she kept yelling from inside that she’s not going to open the window. Then she opened the window and told me that the shift manager will make my drink correct, but I have to never come to this Dunkin again. I told the shift manager that this is very rude of her and he did nothing about it. I said that I wanted her name to speak to the store manager about her rude behavior. She refused and threatened to call the police on me. This isn’t the first time they’ve been rude to me about a wrong order. This Dunkin is rude and has poor customer service.

I went yesterday Monday to Dunkin and asked for a free coffee after a donut purchased and I was told by two attendance that the ice coffee is the one with the offer, however after I paid, I show the ads for a Iced or hot coffee. Employees were not aware of the deal.

I gave them 3 stars because the donuts were fresh but I ordered a hot chocolate and it was disgusting. They mix with only water and didn’t bother to add any sugar. It was like drinking chocolate water. I guess I have to stick to Starbucks for hot drinks
