I visited this location several times. I usually do not write a review unless I have been to a location enough time to truly gage the environment and the people within the environment. When I went in the afternoon there was a young man there. He is of black genetics he is attentive and moves very swift when it comes to orders and taking care of the customers. The atmosphere itself is very dark and a little outdated and dirty. There selection of donuts are limited during the week and larger during the weekend. When I went in on the weekend during the pre afternoon hours there were only two people who were working. They were the only staff within the building which I know it is weird for weekend business especially in a coffee shop. The young lady was very busy making drinks and the young man seemed very disinterested in being there. There was another lady waiting to place her order previously before I decided to order. The line was growing behind me as I waited in line to make my purchase. She snapped at me when I asked if someone was available to take my order. She let me know that they were behind on previous mobile orders and that I would have to wait. After several minutes she finally took my order. It was an experience to say the least. It was not the best of service and it was not pleasant.

I have ordered here numerous times. Lately it has been getting dirtier and dirtier with the bathroom being all clogged and water overflowing into the dining area and the garbage filled all the way up. Also the outdoor dining tables are a mess as well. Needs to be better cleaned.

Slow service. Employees are not welcoming at all. Donuts barely have icing. Coffee is never made with love! And to top it off they close at 4pm everyday, which is odd. None of the employees ever look happy, makes me wonder how they are being treated by management. I go to this location almost everyday because I work in the town center so it’s convenient for me, but I think I rather go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Red Rd. near the turnpike – way better service, coffee taste, & less than a mile away.

Just moved to the area. There are lots of Dunkins around but none of them could make my iced mocha latte right. If I’m paying almost 4 dollars for something I want it to be right. I’ll drive the extra 5 mins, and I don’t even mind having to get out of my car to go inside. It’s worth it. Staff could be a little friendlier but it’s still 5 stars for me.

I’ve been going to this place every Saturday morning for a while now and today will be my last!. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt because we all make mistakes , but wow 8 out 10 times the orders are wrong or super super slow. Today was no different and when i told them they didn’t get the order correct, the woman at the window told me I had NOT ordered what i was asking for. Lots of attitude and comments under her breath. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin Donuts and will advise other people not go.

If I could give it no stars,I would. This is the worse Dunkin donut I have ever been to. The employees are so unfriendly, they have minors working with no customer service skills. I prefer 100 times to drive to the Dunkin on 67th or 57th they are both very good. Incident tonight was the worse experience I have ever had. Employee was on FaceTime while a line of customers waiting, traveling with the phone all over behind the counter. Making foods/coffee without any gloves… Yuck !! The worst!.

Do not ever go to this place . Despite being located in a nice location , your experience won’t be nice . I have been to this Dunkin shop quite a few times since it is near to my home and every time it leaves me disappointed. Firstly the guy who works here doesn’t even give a smile and treats us as if he is doing a favor. Secondly the Coffee that they serve tastes awful. For the last couple of times, the decaf coffee that we ordered tasted very bad and had to throw it away after just one or two sips. I have been to many Dunkin locations and they usually make good coffee.
