I truly used to love this location until the woman with the gold teeth started working there. She is beyond rude almost every time that I go there and God for bid an order gets messed up, she makes it feel like it’s your fault. There’s been times where I have ordered mobile pick up and they had NONE of several of the items that I ordered and once again made it seem like it’s my problem and my fault that they don’t have what I was looking for. When I asked for a refund they told me to go through the app and I left with nothing. Today I go there they messed up my order twice and then I got attitude from the woman working there while I have my daughter in the car. So unbelievably unprofessional and customer service is seriously lacking! Order your coffee with a side of attitude … I am not the type of person to make a review but this is the third time now that I’ve had a bad encounter with the same woman and I’ve had enough of it. It’s such a shame because almost every other person in there I’ve never had an issue with, just this one lady!

Usually have good sweet tea (only once I had to come inside for fresh tea because the tea was not good/old) and Iced coffee is good but the staff is not the greatest anymore. The usual smiling faces are gone now with new employees and they need to be more careful with the mobile orders. They get confused and then don’t apologize when they make errors. This location is better than the other one on Sample Rd though.

I get it, this location is not in Boca or Parkland so there isn’t really a clientele for Iced Refreshers. But to be out of the drink almost daily doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s mostly frustrating when I place an online order and when I arrive I’m not only told that the drink I ordered isn’t available but also that I would still be charged for it.

Worst experience at this store. I usually place mobile orders and most of the time part of the items will be unavailable. Recently I placed an order and they didn’t have that item so they replaced with something else. I asked the cashier to cancel it from the order but he refused because they have to replace it with something else. DO I NEED TO EAT SOMETHING WHICH THEY LIKE???

The team was excellent at customer service. Great job and well made coffee. This location has benches with umbrella just incase it rain in which it did but I had a covering. Great ambience and fast service from Jennifer who works the drive thur with efficient service. What a great team behind to ensure everyone is served with a smile. I love the new flavor Butter Pecan. You can dine in or take out. This place in very in expensive compared to other locations.

Every time I come to this dunkin I am meet with the upmost attitude,last time I was there the manager was giving me a hard time because I redeem the wrong coupon for my drink and she was so unnecessarily rude. If I am ever in this area I’ll go to Starbucks instead.

Great service. Had to go to this one because the Wiles location is under renovation. Used the app and ordered ahead. Got to this location and they have it set up like Chic Fil-A in regards to a staff employee outside on an ipad. Drive up and order or give him/her your information.
