When I first started getting my morning coffee & breakfast from this location, both the iced coffee and the wrap would be really good. However the coffee that I’ve been getting has tasted different, not necessarily horrible, but I can hardly taste the flavors that I get in it. The service here is mediocre at best…some of the staff is nice but the woman at the window today, who was also at the window yesterday, kinda rushed me forward to wait for my wrap (I had placed a mobile order shortly before getting there.) She said the same thing to me today as she did yesterday, in kind of a rude tone, “Pull forward it’s not ready yet.” There was no one behind me, and again, she had rushed me as if she wanted to get me out of the way.

It is Dunkin donuts so it’s pretty much the same food-wise. This actual Dunkin donuts over the last year has gone downhill. Service is horrendous. You have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order correct the first time. They always have an attitude and no one is ever pleasant. Needs whole new management and employees. Needs cleaned from top to bottom. But I wish you luck if you go there.

The drive thru lady had a horrible attitude, she was rude and very unprofessional, they got two of our drinks wrong and then when we got the right ones they tasted like iced water, the staff was complaining a lot and the whole experience was just very poor, will not be coming to this dunkin again sadly
