This store use to be horrible but every since they’ve renovated the new staff is immaculate every time me or my wife comes here we’re greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service by all the staff in particular Gulabi she’s always friendly and accommodating thank you guys so much because my mornings are the most important part of the day for me. A Dunkin’ Donuts like this is very rare and this should be an example of how all the Dunkin’ Donuts should thanks again

This location has gone down hill. When a nasty employee asks why do you still come here then ? (After I called her out for being so nasty ) Rather than try and fix the problem? “Grand Reopening” If anything, this location has been on a decline and I’ve lost hope after this Grand Reopening with nothing improving. Good luck getting anything but coffee after 7 because the employee’s start moving things to the back and claim they dont have anything. The closing employees do not care about customers and try and close up far before the closing time. I’ve grown up coming here for over 15 years and I’m done

As soon as we walked in they greeted us with a smile, despite how busy it was I don’t think it took more than 2 minutes to order, pay and get what we had ordered. The coffee was perfect just how mom likes it, and seeing mom happy makes me happy . Every associate we interacted with was very kind and everyone always has a smile in their face. So far this is the best Dunkin ive been to.

I ordered on line and the latte was prepared with regular milk not almond milk. The donut and Diet Coke were not in the bag which I was charged for. I have been trying to reach them by phone and it immediately goes to a message without the opportunity to leave a message.
