The general manager need to step in and remove most of these people that’s serving customers their food. This is y I would rather spend $ 3 more for a coffee at Starbucks because I get zero attitude. People like this will damage your business, customers should not be getting their food from a place that do not acknowledge them. If u think the job is not serving you leave do not take your frustration out on customers we did not force you to take this job. So many ghetto people in 1 location unbelievable.

This by far is the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. The worse tea. They can’t even make the coffee the way you order it. The other day, I went for sweet teas and the young lady had a really hard time taking my order due to all the chit chatting that was going on behind her. She wasn’t able to get my order right. After about 3 times repeating to her at the speaker, she still didn’t get it right when I got to the window. Very frustrating! When they gave us the teas, they were NOT sweet even though I told her multiple times SWEET. Had to go inside to complain but the woman at the counter said “Well the sticker on the cup says sweet so that means it sweet.” I said It didn’t matter what the sticker said, ALL 3 teas were unsweetened. She said “well I’m not changing it” and proceeded to walk away. I couldn’t believe it. I asked for my money back but another woman came to fix my order but still no apology for that woman’s attitude. Never again will i return there.

I come to this Dunkin drive through EVERY single day and get the same breakfast and coffee every single day and never had an issue before. Today I got my coffee and it was all creamer it looked like a cup of milk (not exaggerating at all). I went inside and nicely asked the girl at the front to just add some more coffee in because it was all creamer and not drinkable.The girl at the front counter needs an attitude check she was incredibly rude and demanded me multiple times to tell her how I wanted my coffee. I just kept saying with less creamer I don’t know how else was I supposed to explain that I didn’t want a cup of cream. She’s the reason I’ll be going to the other Dunkin around the corner from now on.

I have unfortunately given this Dunkin location one too many chances because I live so close. But I refuse to come back here due to the terrible service I receive every visit. For Instance, today an employee took my order and was so rude. As I drove to the next window she proceeded to tell me that “I should have had my stuff ready” because I wanted her to scan my app for rewards. On another occasion, while taking my order the employee began to scream at me to hurry up and go to the next window and they did not have the particular order I wanted. This service has gotten outrageous. From just looking at the reviews for this Dunkin location the owners should really look into hiring new staff that is properly trained in customer service and common decency.

Walked in and there was no one behind the counter for nearly 10 minutes. I looked toward the back where the drive through is and no one there either. Final two girls walked out from around the corner in the back and both looked directly at me and said nothing. Not only is this dangerous because the front of house is completely unmanned but the customer experience is awful. Also this location is filthy. I won’t ever be back to this location again

These ppl work hard here, so have a little patience for them . This place gets lots of customers. I forgot my wallet at home and had already ordered. I live close so they didn’t proceed to make my breakfast sandwiches until I got back so my food was super fresh. They were very understanding and very friendly. I do miss the french crullers, I don’t know why they’re not made anymore, but at least when I went to Dallas a week ago, their Dunkin donuts still had french crullers which made me super happy and I bought all the ones they had in their counter lol Dunkin donuts in Florida needs to stop playing and get french crullers back already. It’s a sin in my book to not have their best donut. My visits would be 100 xs better knowing they have french crullers.
