They need to train their employees properly. I don’t even blame the young lady attending me. She seemed very nervous especially when I came back to ask things to be remade since they were done poorly. The donuts were sad with barely any frosting, I had a hair in my sandwich. They need to teach If you’re not going to wear a hairnet you need to put up your hair at-least. My lemonade ratio was more water than anything lemonade, and my coffee ratio was also off because it didn’t taste the same as other Dunkin’s. Again not made at the young girl. Im upset at whoever trained her so poorly an thought it was a bright idea to let her work alone there. I know most Dunkin’s are only 1 worker but when you know someone is new at the job or needs more training, you do not do that.

Fast service and super friendly staff!!!Clean premises. Ample parking. I got a sugar raised donut for my hubby and a Boston Creme for me. There was hardly any cream on mine and a LARGE hot coffee. I didn’t give it 5 because of my donut. Coffee was great.

Literally the worst dunkin donuts ever. I live down the street and every single time I have a horrible experience. Drinks are always too sweet. Hash browns are mid. This time I stumbled upon a hair in my sandwich. I never leave reviews so this is saying alot. Really unhappy with this Dunkin’ Donuts. I would order on Ubereats and they never give you exactly what your order.

I just went to this Dunkin’ Donuts @ 9545 NE 2nd Ave Miami Shores Fl 33138, the Google Map said it closes at 7:00 pm, I went in at 6:40 pm, the employees told me rudely that they are closing & cannot sell me anything. Poor customer service.
