Customer service not to great! Ordered a caramel macchiato, medium, and a hash brown the caramel macchiato taste like a regular coffee and a hash brown. It took more than five minutes. I asked the lady about my order of the hashbrowns. She turned around and started talking in Spanish did not understand a word what she was saying, and she was giving me attitude, not so professional.

WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN! First of all the cashier was on her phone on a call while taking customer orders then when it was our turn she was scrolling down her phone while taking our order! NEVER gave eye contact. The iced coffee was bitter and DISGUSTING! Never in my life i have tasted a coffee this disgusting and the wraps were burnt. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

In the past, the donuts were perfect. Today the filling in the donuts is practically zero. This is now happening on a regular basis for over a dollar each. This is not up to Dunkin Donuts standards. Please do us a favor either fix this quality issue or lock the doors. We need quality stores near us.

Cant believe I wasted my money ordering door dash from you guys …literally got a cup of oatmilk and if you look on the bottom a layer of brown sugar no espresso inside.this is supposed to be a brown sugar oatmillk latte.I know a latte usually has a good amount of milk but this is not right .I stirred it a bit to see if maybe thhere was espresso I wasnt seeing and literally nothing im so mad why did I spend 20 $ on doordash and cant even get a refund

Staff is nice and friendly, but service is slow and error prone. After placing my order I confirm with the cashier they had my order info correctly. Still my food arrived differently than ordered. They were apologetic, polite and fixed the problem. Since this place is busy it took a few additional minutes.

Worst iced matcha ever. Went straight to Starbucks afterward and got a second. Too much ice, watered down milk and just not what I ordered. I don’t think I’m very picky, but the reason for whole fat milk is that it’s not watered-down. So why would you put water in the wholefat milk?

Fast food and helpful staff. But my order was wrong. Maybe it was my fault for not checking it but I had 6 sandwiches and drinks and only 2 hands. I counted and trusted them and now my wife is upset cause she didn’t get the 2 specific things she asked for. Hadn’t eaten fast food in a while but was trying to get something fast for the park. Oh well.
