Visited this location to get 2 chocolate caramel cold brews and was told they were discontinued “today”. I asked about other flavor cold brews and was told they only had original. No other special flavors. I went to a different location and was able to order the 2 chocolate cold brews and a brown sugar cold foam cold brew. Also, “discontinued” but I can order on the app from the menu. Don’t waste your time going here.

I only use the drive thru at this store but I can say that they are friendly, and get my order right every time. Depending on the time some of the staff actually recognize my voice and can recall my order from memory. 🙂 definitely would recommend

I think most people who write reviews had a bad experience. No one really leaves a review when the service was decent or good. Well I am here to be the latter because this place doesn’t deserve 3.5 stars. The Spanish lady who helps me every Monday morning is sooo sweet and very efficient. She’s even given me 2 free donuts – one time the line was being held up and second time I had wanted to add a donut to my mobile order but it was too late so she just gave it to me anyway. There is never really a line and my order has never been wrong. Dunkin latte’s have a reputation for never being consistent, but here they are more than likely consistent. I love my neighborhood Dunkin and will not stand for this slander.

Always a hit or miss at this location. Just by looking at my picture you can tell this isn’t a latte, it’s straight up coffee and no milk. Only reason it isn’t full it’s because I tried emptying some into a cup of milk and yet has no caramel flavor either. The label is all correct as to how I ordered it and the way they made it has no caramel syrup or milk.

My complaint is specifically about the DD in Davie, off stateroad 88. The service is usually great (sometimes a little off, like the day they gave me a single bread-slice sandwich, but it was good and im not picky) but today they were charging for products they didnt have available (i was not the only one with the issue), when asked what substitutions they could offer for the products they didnt have I got snide remarks from a woman young enough to be my daughter so for her safety I requested a manager (cuz Id rather not warm up the bitchslapper before I get my caffeine) and the manager was nice enough to issue a refund for the missing item (all the while the angry child making remarks in the background)….lord there aint enough redbull to make me talk to that kid again. Kudos to the manager for her patience.

I probably visit here about 3 times a week. Probably shouldn’t admit to that, but it’s the truth. I manage a restaurant, so I know the challenges people in the industry face. Rude people, long hours, and not much appreciation. Navy and her crew are always busy. Yet they are always very pleasant. Navy has been at several locations that I have visited. Wherever she goes, her crew is great. She moves, the old store she had, it just isn’t the same. Navy obviously understands team building and takes care of her customers. This coming from someone who has been in the restaurant business for almost 30 years…I hope this company understands the asset they have in Navy. If not, I’m this market, someone else will. Thanks Navy and team!
