Literally the worst Dunkin. NEVER get an order right. Been coming down here for years and every time it gets worse. Something is always broken..order is always screwed up. Today it was missing cheese on sand which, yesterday no frozen drinks bcuz machine is broke, day before that they screwed up my coffee order..every year it gets worse and much attitude at the counter. I stop at this DD in Sea Ranch Lakes when I bike to Fort Lauderdale. It has a Baskin Robbins inside too. I enjoyed the ice coffee they served me.

Terrible Customer Service. Two of the Three employees were very rude. One customer was insulted because he waited a few seconds for the family in front of him to move instead of yelling his order over them. Another customer asked for a plastic knife for bagel, a different employee argued a bit before she grabbed and opened bag to check before giving one. Donuts were good, but definitely not worth it if you have to deal with the staff here.

Great little location. It was a perfect stop on my early morning walk while vacationing near by. Came here three days in a row to some of the friendliest faces and nicest staff for my Americanos made perfectly. I didn’t know Dunkin did such good coffee.

really nice people, always smile and always have my order right. I go in the afternoon , and everyone is always very sweet. and they always make sure my bagel is extra crispy. must admit they should be open later but even when they messed up my coffee on Christmas the owner/guy had no problem making me another one.
