I read the other reviews, some good and some bad. Customers are entitled to share their experience. Theres a line between opinion and complaining. That’s how it will be anywhere. I’m not here to discourage anyone or a business unless I am personally attacked. Waiting a long time isn’t a personal attack. There are solutions like the mobile app and ordering ahead for those who don’t want to wait. Or simply just go somewhere else’ if the service doesn’t meet your expectations. It’s interesting to read these reviews about how long customers wait and complain but they still choose to wait lol. I came to this location this morning and I was provided great customer service from Tamara and the staff worked efficiently. Tamara was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful to her peers. Thank you Tamara for your excellent customer service.

I love the energy! Endria is courteous and generous with her attitude and attention to customer service. She also demonstrated having great communication and a relatedness with her team. I always get my “Caramel Craze Latte” and never have I ever had such a pleasure enjoying my favorite drink. I think I found my new hangout spot, especially when getting my oil change across the street at the Toyota Lipton.

I had to write this review based on an interaction that I witnessed between a customer and the employees at this said location. We are all under different pressures in life, coffee is one of the greatest joys in life.. that being said, your employees are extremely rude, the manager has no skills the customer is always right.. does not apply to the people that patronize your business.. in the future sir don’t have your customers waiting while you sort your sales records, have manners to the ppl that allow you to have this position further more… your manners and professionalism come into question.. THOSE lil$20 may have been all the guy had . Skipped right out to another location, cause I don’t need bad energy or negative vibes all over my coffee….
