Under Shannel (she said that was her name) her supervision, very rude non customer service neither problem solving skills at all, I purchase five drink wrong done all the way, I request one of my drink to be change (matcha)since the taste was horrible or wand done correctly, she said she can do another drink but charge me for both since matcha was the very expensive drink on the store and she couldn’t be able to change it, and she never heard that when you don’t like an item you order you can change it. She said in top of it she was busy and had no help. She was very rude with her co-worker. One vehicle at the drive thru and only me at the inside of the store. She was very stress her face was very overwhelming. She looks with no control of what she was doing. She endeudo telling me the total of the order never change my drink. I was a waste of money $24.00. Please do not visit this store. They are stealing you with permits.

Staff was very rushed and forgot my donut even though they had no customers inside or in the drive through ( I ordered a sugar donut and black coffee ) … The area is filthy, The grass needs to be cut. Coffee was definitely sitting, and the donut was super stale… I love Dunkin just not this one.

Pull up to the drive through and over hear the manager saying “they will not open the doors because everyone outside is just homeless people” Wow! I did not know homeless people such as myself and others trying to get in during your posted open hours drive BMWs and new pick up trucks in your parking lot.

I came was invited for a interview no manager was found the employees had me wait for a whole hour then decided to come tell me the manager is not here after a whole hour than tell me I will have to just catch her tomorrow when my interview was today and I was on time so my valuable time was wasted for no reason I want be coming back unprofessional

Don’t advertise that your store is open till 8:00 p.m. when it closes at 7:00, a lot of places are still open till 8:00 or 9:00. This is the only Dunkin I know that closes at 7:00 p.m.
