Recently it seemed like management had fired everyone and hired all new staff. My girlfriend and I hope this would be the end of the horrible service at our local dunkin’ donuts. Lo and behold the debauchery continues. Lack of concern of what’s in the bags. Lack of stocking ingredients to make complete orders. These kids working here don’t care one bit about doing their job correctly or making sure that the customers are happy. Now there are a handful of good employees here that want to do a good job but overall everything about this Dunkin is horrible and someone needs to make it their priority to correct this. I don’t like having to go back to Dunkin after getting to my house and finding out that not only is the coffee wrong but the sandwiches are also wrong. When inside the this location staff seems to run by their own rules and do not work together as a team. If an order is sent back it turns into a blame game rather than coordinating as a team to assure that error is corrected immediately. I do understand this is only coffee but it makes or breaks the customers day. I know you guys can do better.

I had one of the horrible experience today at this Dunkin’ donut with this associate Jenyah . I usually go to this location to get my breakfast and I use a coupon for my coffee. Today this lady was very rude and disrespectful because I told her that I want a cold cappuccino and she told me no my cupón will not apply for even though I got same coffee all this days with same cupón . She started to yelling at me when I tried to explain her that everyday I get some thing and the cupón días any beverage one time a day. Very horrible costumer service.

I take my kid there almost every morning before school. The donuts are usually stale! I order the same donuts every day and only maybe once a week they taste like they were just made fresh. You can tell by the texture. Ridiculous!

The elderly old black lady at the drive thru register was extremely ignorant and unprofessional. Banging on the side of the window asking for payment. Usually it’s two young guys waiting at the window to take payment. After she took my payment, she went and started rambling about her issues with me to her coworkers in front of me. Terrible customer service from her. First time I’ve seen her at this location. She should not be working with the public. My food and drink were amazing though.
