Bagels were very stale & chewy. Definitely not fresh. I’m not a picky person but I really got a jaw workout… Mocha cold brew was incredibly sweet, but that’s probably my fault (I usually only drink black coffee, just thought I’d try something different). Summary: don’t expect fresh bagels. I even saw the woman behind the counter feeling several before picking one, presumably because she knew some were more stale than others.

It’s a shame that both times I’ve visited this location I haven’t been able to eat or drink the things I get because they are made wrong. The staff is very nice but that doesn’t make up for horrible coffee and food I’ve gotten here. You’re not supposed to use hot coffee and add ice to it to make iced coffee. It tastes like watered down grossness. You can also tell because all the ice melts before you walk out to the car. I’d like some coffee with my water please and thank you. This is also the only dunkin in the country that consistently makes my sandwich with the wrong cheese every time which for me, makes it inedible. Seeing as this location is more expensive than every other dunkin, that makes the experience even worse. Please educate your staff on how to properly make the things they are serving, I will not be returning.

Very limited selection and choices weren’t labeled. To be honest we did not buy any donuts ( we went a mile down the road to Jupiter Donuts. To DD credit, I did order a ” Charlie” for my granddaughter. The service was excellent!!

Just went here for coffee this morning and was told by the girl with blonde hair and tattoos that I can’t get a caramel iced coffee because she doesn’t want to refill the caramel dispenser because she’s too busy. She asked a guy that is working there with her if he would refill the caramel and make my coffee. He’s over there standing on the side saying he’s not going to make me coffee because he only makes food so he’s just standing there doing nothing since I didn’t want food. Needless to say I told her that I don’t mind waiting for her to refill the caramel dispenser so with a stank attitude towards me and the other guy working there she snapped at him to tell him to make my coffee so he grudgingly refilled the caramel and made my caramel iced coffee. Perhaps if the girl with brown hair and blue shirt came inside (instead of standing outside flirting with a customer for the entire time I was there which was about almost 30 minutes) maybe they wouldn’t be so overwhelmed inside. Has to be my most unpleasant Dunkin Donuts experience ever!
