Worst Dunkin location around!!! All of the food always tastes freezer burnt. They regularly forget items from my order. Worst of all, the customer service is AWFUL!!! Specifically, there is an older (assuming Indian) woman who 7 times out of 10 runs the drive through/window. She is consistently rude and is ALWAYS in a rush, oftentimes telling me to pull up although I wasn’t finished ordering. I recently have noticed that she has been overcharging me and when confronted, she gave an excuse about the system often pre-charging for tomorrow (which is nonsense). The other day she charged me $38 for an order that should have been $21 and she gave me that pre-charge excuse and I didn’t get a refund. Recently, she chaged me $13 for what should have been a $9 order and refused to give me a receipt (said they were out of papaer) and I didn’t receive a refund as well. She makes it a point to rarely give me a receipt without having to ask and the little box under the window that gives the price doesn’t work so you don’t know the price before you pay. Lastly, she’s told me not to use the dunkin app & place an order at the window during the same visit (wants me to do one or the other), saying it makes them confused but I have to sometimes because that’s the only why I can use my points and some items are not available for selection through the app. If you can, I suggest avoiding this location. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location on my route to work.

Horrible Place, bad service, and bad worker’s. I order 5 croissant sandwiches, 2 coffees and 1 hot chocolate, The croissant sandwiches were so rushed and put so bad together, the coffee was not even made they only added Milk!!! Also the hot chocolate was cold! Every time I go to this Horrible place they always mess up my orders, I’m never coming back here again.Please if you decided to go here check what you order before you ended up having orders like me.

Horrible customer service asked to make my ice coffee over twice because one was made wit too much mocha an the 2nd was made with cream an milk so it needed to be replaced because it was only a cold brew with cream an mocha the manager began to yell at me with her husband saying they are not wasting money by making my coffee over than began yelling at me again with her husband while giving me my refund

I realize that these people hate their jobs, but the way they speak to their customers is unfathomable, the epitome of unprofessional, they act like they wanna get into a street fight about coffee. Officially done with this one as this mornings encounter crossed a line. Would recommend going the mile out of your way to avoid these examples of misery demanding company.

I used to work for Dunkin’ for 5 years and when I tell you this location is the best out of 5 in west Palm the drink maker and food maker are great seriously it’s so nice to pull off and know your food and coffee are perfect there isn’t a lot of places like that these days I come here every morning faithfully great job!!!!!

I came to pick up a mobile order today and the lady working proceeded to lecture me that I should give her five minutes. I replied “that’s fine no rush” then started to complain that the car behind me did the same thing? Alright? Clearly needs to be retaught on how to interact with customers because I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that.
