I’ve been coming to this location for years and I would I don’t know if the current employees need new jobs but they are and look miserable not a good morning thank you or anything completely rude! Like your asking for free food and drinks management needs to be aware of how rude the employees are food is another thing they can carless on how your food is being done ask for a sandwich and the bread is stale cheese isn’t even melted overall horrible experience

Travel Eat
Decided to stop over for dessert about 7 o’clock on Friday night. Two people working behind the counter, expressionless almost looking angry, moving as sugary molasses decided not to greet me when I entered. I waited for 10 minutes and, still, no acknowledgment whatsoever. I decided to leave. Thank God I did, I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Congress Avenue in Palm Springs. I was greeted by happy people, all smiles, and was served my delicious donuts instantly! They were tipped very well! Avoid this location – there are so many better options in the area!

Wow honestly it’s the first time ever that the customer service was so horrendous they wouldn’t even stop talking in their native language and I’m not one to speak about that kind of stuff but I feel very disrespected because they wouldn’t speak as I asked for my usual and they wanted to charge even more all of a sudden no other Dunkin’ Donuts over charges when i ask my usual either , I’m disappointed.

Please stop letting homeless people into your shop! I had a run-in with one picking up my order this morning. The guy wouldn’t release the door while I was trying to open it from the outside. When I finally managed to do so, he shouted at me, rambling on about how people are always in a rush. Yelling at the top of his lungs, his saliva made contact with my inner left ear and now feels infected. I sure hope I didn’t contract anything.

Terrible service and terrible coffee!! Rude to customers who ask for coffee that tastes like coffee and worse if you ask them to fix their mistakes! I’d give zero stars if that was an option….
