The Indian lady is super racist, also will laugh because you have a disability. Not the first time I’ve had an encounter with her. She’s going to be the reason why this place closes. I’ve never experienced this at any Dunkin’ Donuts I know they’re franchised but they really need to investigated by corporate. She works the window. Now it sucks because the African American lady is super sweet.

I made an order at 6:00 a.m. nobody else is in line behind me or in front, in the drive through. She made me park way off to the side and made me wait for my order! Then yells out the drive through window to come get my food . I can’t move my car in there cause somebody else is in line. I had to get out ofy car to get my food , I am a disabled person. She is very rude and inhuman only concerned about HER timer in drive through! So she can take her sweet time making food.

I love this Dunkin Donuts shop! Close to my home, a short walk. Lovely and friendly staff. Good variety of donuts and other items on their menu. It’s been a daily morning pleasure for me. I almost always get great service here and they are very prompt with making their breakfast sandwiches. The coffee is the best in my book and I’ve really enjoyed those sandwiches and donuts!

It’s usually a frustrating experience, but I tolerate it because it’s close. Today was a new low. I’ll typically by breakfast for my team at work a few times a week. Today when I got back to my office I saw they left off my bagel. Not the end of the world. I go back and explain this to them and show them the receipt. I get scolded that it was given to me and they want to see the bag and continue to argue with me. I told them not to worry about it. For a $1.50 bagel I will never go to this location again.

I walked in and asked for a plain bagel, the rude worker said no, flung his hand like he was telling me to leave and then walked away. No one was helping me. There were no customers in line outside or inside so they had no excuse. Finally a woman who was on her phone, asked me what I wanted to order, I asked her do you have any bagels at all, she asked the rude worker and he said no. I just said okay and left. As I was leaving I said they had poor customer service.
