I was told I need to at least wait 5-10 minutes after placing a Mobile order before coming to pick it up. Representative was rude and condescending. I was legitimately the only person in the drive through lane and even at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

OMG! Guy handling the window was either high or brain dead! Order two drinks and a wake up wrap. Got my drinks and he dismissed me. I asked, where’s my wrap and he look at me confused. Then it was like he woke up and said “oh yeah”. He then started making other drinks. A few minutes later he turns, looks at me waiting at the window, looks confused again and throws his arms up in the air as if to say “what”? Then wakes up again. I see him go say something to another woman that was busy preparing a bunch of drinks. She finishes and disappears. I wait a few more minutes and finally call to him to ask and he says it’s coming but won’t look at me. A few minutes later the female appears at the window. She was great, apologized for the long wait and said she gave me an extra one for my trouble.

Horrible customer service from an older woman constantly screaming while i was trying to order a dozen doughnuts instead of giving me options she wanted to “just pick for me” ive never heard such a thing i had to go inside and Gayle did such a great job she was taking drive through orders while also taking walk ins !!!!!! not sure if you guys are under staffed but if so she deserves to be getting paid for 2 !!!!!! As far as the other woman just horrible customer service screaming doesnt let you speak and just wants to pick your order for you pathetic!!

Depending on who’s working, you have those who are friendly and those who are so damn rude. And the lady that wears that head wrap is the rudest of them all i asked her named and made complaints but no help, and she refuses to give you your change, claiming that’s her tip ! Now I go in with exact change . Ummm no ma’am you don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money with your nasty attitude . Isn’t that stealing !

Long wait at drive thru. — this is true at4am or 8pm. The staff there works real hard and are friendly, it’s just that they are UNDER STAFFED .only 1 person at 4am when theres a line at the drive thru. Staff is great.
