Stopped here for a cup of coffee and a muffin just before 8am. The drive thru line was out on Boynton Beach Blvd. I went to the next opening which brought me around the building. I unfortunately had to walk over. The workers inside were extremely busy but pumping out orders as quickly as they could. I had 3 people in front of me and the line went extremely fast. I was greeted with a big smile as I placed my order. My order was fulfilled very quickly and correctly. I’d definitely return to this location again.

Just got off the drive thru after waiting 10 minutes, walked in for 2 drinks. 1 persons trying to order, staff couldn’t open her cash register to enter order. 2 other staff are trying to help her! I asked one of them to help me, she made my drinks then walked over to drive up window. I told her I had to get to the airport! Still the 1st customer waiting. I walked out with the drinks and the worker who made my drinks comes flying out to ask if I paid! I said no, I have to get to the airport. I dug out 7$ from my console and handed it to her! So rude

I don’t usually leave reviews because i understand mistakes happen but I had to just voice this so hopefully things can change. I used to work for dunkin not even a year ago so I understand how the whole operation works. I ordered a tomato bacon and avocado sandwich and asked them to add white cheese to it, they rung my order up correctly but my sandwich had no white cheese. I visited again and ordered the same thing this time I got the cheese but no avocado, when I asked the worker to fix my sandwich he told me the ran out of avocado (why not say that prior to me purchasing the sandwich) he told me I could ask the manager for a free sandwich next time i come in cause he’s not here but as I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review I see the manager leaving the store lol . I just want a tomato bacon avocado sandwich with white cheese I live 5 minutes from this location but only the hypo location ever gets it right.

Hair on donut (see pic), girl at the front counter handling donuts has her hair EVERYWHERE, should be pulled back at least when handling food, employees calling customers “bitches” had to have my latte re made TWICE because I had pure milk and no espresso, the manager said he’d have to charge me a $1.29 to re make it a third time which I thought was crazy because I have to pay because you and your 2 other employees can’t make a latte?! That’s insane! So I just asked for my money which he gladly gave back but service was horrible, the experience was unsatisfying, I’ll NEVER come back to this location & spend a penny, and I’ll be sure to let everyone else know! Also I’ll be calling corporate about this whole situation because the manager didn’t handle the situation well AT ALL! I feel they should be trained to de escalate these situations but he made the situation worse than what it was. Spent over $40 on coffee and food, all the food was cold and soggy

We prefer Dunkin over Starbucks. A cup of coffee sounded good so we pulled into the drive-thru to get a couple of cups of coffee, but the car three positions in front of us remained at the window for over 15 minutes. The manager or person in drive-thru should have parked the car instead of making the rest of us wait. There were 5 cars in line, not counting the car at the window. We never even got a chance to place our order. We left.

IT PDS
The only time things run smoothly and orders are correct and given in a timely manor is when the owners are in and working. The rest of the staff there look like a bunch of kids nursing a hangover. From slow order taking to missing items from order. Having attitudes at the window and forgetting to get the rest of the order out. Where is the manager? Why is that person not leading the team effectively? The last couple weeks this has been happening and I’m getting ready to start traveling to a different location since this one just can’t get it right. A shame since I live down the street and it’s our weekend ritual for starting our mornings out right.

It was very confusing upon pulling up to the drive-thru window of this particular Dunkin, having already placed an online order with ample time for the employee to make and put together the order before my arrival there. Upon arrival The woman inside gave me eye contact as she stood in the empty customer less store. She acknowledged me with eye contact and then proceeded to pick up the broom and spend 5 to 7-minutes sweeping completely ignoring me until I started to honk my horn upon which she finally approached me at the window and I was able to tell her about my online order waiting. She had not even begin to prepare it, and completely forgot the food item, and as I was in a serious rush; which was my motivation for placing an online order in advance. I was forced to forgo the food item and leave. The particular one female employee’s incompetence was blaring here. It definitely puts a stain on this location.
