Theyre hardworking and do their best to get everything right for their customers. Nichole and Carly are amazing managers and will always listen if you have a complaint and will their best to resolve it in a friendly, timely fashion. This is the worst run DD I’ve ever seen. They are located only about a mile from us so we frequent their location but I think today we are finally giving up. They are so horribly managed it’s incredible hard they still have customers. Today we tried to order a vanilla cream filled donut and 3 boxes of original K-cups. The order taker kept asking if we meant Boston creme, which we did not and gave up on the donut. She then had absolutely no clue what k-cups are. She asked us to drive up to the window and again said they don’t have anything like that. My husband told her of course they do as we get them there all the time. He brought up a picture on his phone. She got another employee who also didn’t seem to know what k-cups are. He showed her the picture. She went and spoke with someone, came back and said they don’t have the original. We left. This kind of thing happens frequently at this location. You have to practically beg to get napkins with your order, which is often messed up. I hate to drive the extra miles to the Tequesta location but the manager there is great and knows how to train her employees as well.

Lately it has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY!!! Long waits, wrong orders 90% of the time and don’t ask to correct it… and RUDE RUDE staff! The attitudes are plentiful and the friendly staff seriously lacking! I have gone to this Dunkin at least once a day since they opened, until the last couple months, the experiences have been so bad I didn’t want to wast my money or time! This morning was the last time though! They had NO idea they give “pup cups” then charged for it not even a half shot of whipped cream and didn’t put the munchkin on top. Never in 3 years have we ever been charged for day old munchkins and/or a pup cup. Their prices are higher than the Cove location and they make you do the work! Ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and they gave an individual container of cream cheese to now try and spread on a cold bagel! Back to the Cove location where the orders are correct, it’s less expensive and much friendlier staff!
