Very friendly manager went out of her way to make us feel special ! Super nice ! Brownie batter filled donuts !! Only three left ! I’ll take all three of them! In Wisconsin dunking donuts only has brownie filled donuts in February and that’s if your lucky! Relaxing out door seating! For lunch snack! And a coffee !

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff was slow and unresponsive. One girl was mopping around our feet and hitting us. The barista put rock sugar in an iced drink and expected it to melt instead of the liquid sugar as ordered… and two orders of hashbrowns took the kitchen 10 minutes to pop into the 30 second oven. No one cares that we were standing there waiting for something that took seconds to do. Horrible experience

Our order taker seemed as if she wasn’t real thrilled about her job. Didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, didn’t say thank you. Waited a little for our two breakfast sandwiches, and my “precooked” bacon was nasty and chewy, like it hadn’t been cooked at all. Coffees were just okay.

Wow! Horrible service. Not only did they make my drink wrong but the lady at the window basically told me to accept it as is. I made her remake it. No apology and then reduced the amount from the next drink. Then got the wrong food too. Very disappointed.

I just had the best experience at this Dunkin. I have never seen a drive-through move so efficiently then I have this morning. The woman at the window was exploding with energy and positivity. Encouraging the team to “move it” with a chant and clapping. Everyone had a smile on their face while they were working. As always when I visit this Dunkin, my coffee is made to perfection. I will need more people like the lady at the window today working our drive-through’s. It’s early and I was cranky and she put the biggest smile on my face. It was a huge bonus that I had to wait in pretty much no line to get my coffee from the drive-through as well.

I will literally go out of my way to go to this dunkin rather than going to other dunkins that are closer. everyone who I’ve encountered at this location has been so nice to me and you can tell they care about their customers as people. I think she said her name is rachel, but she always made my coffee order perfect and deserves a raise if she still works there.

My girlfriend can’t get enough of this place. She loves the coffee but me myself I am more of a donut guy. Have never had a bad experience at this location. It’s in a great spot right off I4. Beware that it’s very busy on a weekday morning!
