A woman and a man where working today, the woman got upset that the drink she was making spilled over when she was trying to put a cover lid to the drink, she got so mad and and started saying bad words and left the store, so me and the other 2 people where just there waiting for service, and the poor man that was working as well have to figure out where the woman left off to finish the orders and the drink she spilled, when the man finally got to the Register to get my order , he can not take my order cuz he can not cook anything at the moment because he is super back up for obvious reason’s.

Went through the drive-thru today, took 10 mins to get my drinks. The new worker, on her first, was apologizing because her co-worker making the drinks has only been there for 4 days and is still learning the recipes. Our drink was all blended ice and milk, no coffee. I asked for a refund, they said they couldnt because they werent taught how to do that and there was no manager in store. She gave us free donuts for the inconvenience. This franchise needs to be closed down. For the manager to be called and not come in… to leave your NEW employees to fend for themselves. Crazy!!!

We just came from Dunkin and opened our orders after waiting for 30 min. Really worst service I experienced here today. The guy was irresponsible didn’t even communicate the ordered items to the kitchen. He billed and filled donuts. Then after 5 – 10min since my kids are going crazy I asked him to fill the ice cream and asked for coffee and reminded him for other orders and was waiting again.. after 15 min I saw those ladies and asked as he left the shop. Then they saying sorry we missed and they prepared for inconvenience they said extra hashbrowns. And finally we got the wrap in this shape which is half filled and with 1 small strip bacon. Really disappointed. If the manager sees this message better refund my orders for the wrap.

I ordered a large frozen Matcha. I am Autistic and I can only stomach frozen drinks or cold drinks with little to no ice (ice cubes are very very unpleasant for me, can’t explain it). I pulled up to the window and the very rude older blonde lady who I guess is the manager was there unfortunately. I’ve encountered her a few times and each time she’s spoken RUDELY to her employees and customers and gaslights customers for her own mistakes “you didn’t order that”. After waiting for a while, she grabbed my drink which was made wrong, with the whole cup full of ice cubes, a tiny bit of matcha sitting on the bottom, and the rest filled with milk. She opened the window and then closed it, realizing it was supposed to be frozen, disappearing for a minute, and came back to hand me an only partially frozen, mostly ice cubes mess with matcha mostly still stuck to the bottom of the cup. Again, acting so annoyed that she has to be there that I wasn’t comfortable saying anything. I had to go home and filter the ice cubes out, and now I have barely anything left to drink. Pure laziness and bad customer service. But it often is there.

Not the best DD I have been to. The store did not have the three flavors my partner likes, or the holiday flavors. The staff person who helped me was friendly, and made a good ice coffee. The store is relatively small and has a Baskin Robbins inside. It was late, so the donut offerings were slim, so I can’t knock them for that. The store seems newer, so maybe some growing pains with stock availability.

Horrible service took more than 15 minutes to get my order after I paid at the drive thru even though there was no other cars at the drive thru. After waiting 15 minutes my order was not right and when I told them to fix it they just brought me back the same thing twice.

Worst dunkin of all dunkins. I am a dunkin connoisseur . I love dunkin donuts . You can check my bank statement . Ask my husband. I have lived here 3 ish years now and this is my closest dunkin. Time and time again I have tried this dunkin to see if they will ever get it together. They won’t. They don’t. And they will not. The workers are terrible. The management is even worse. The owner? Who knows. I don’t even know if the guy is in it to make money. This Dunkin is either always out of something or they can’t make it. I have tried so many times to JUST grab a coffee and some way they are out of cream. Or flavor shots. Or something. Don’t even think about asking for a cappi blast because they don’t ever have that or just don’t want to make it.
