they messed up my coffee and forgot to add pumpkin spice to it. They told my mom that her caramel iced latte didn’t come with whip cream and it had to be asked for separately. They did not offer to fix my coffee at the window. While in the driveway, I noticed the coffee said white chocolate. When I went inside to have it fixed, they rolled their eyes and had a bit of an attitude. I can see why they don’t have great reviews..

The location on Van Dyke and Gunn has HORRIBLE inside service! No regard for customers standing at the counter. You never know where to place your order. One day you order at the register and another day you order at the pickup. That’s —If—anyone even acknowledges you. And sometimes you just stand there and no one even greets you. It’s beyond ridiculous! I go in the mornings around 7:45.

Horrible experience, all the associates do is work the drive thru, I walked in, waited 15+ minutes for someone to acknowledge us!! A woman made my sandwich with bacon, I ordered sausage she took the bacon off and put sausage on it, not making fresh sandwiches, not wearing clean gloves from one meat to another which is unsanitary and refused to remake my food!!! This location is the worst in Tampa and proves it to me everytime I go there..

Crossiant came out cold and not flakey. The other sandwich was cold in the center. Food took forever. Only reason they’re getting 1 star is because I can’t give it a lower rating. Worst dunkin location I’ve been to yet. I don’t blame the company. I love dunkin. But the employees were very lack luster.

My husband was in drive thru. Speaking to me on speaker. He explained what he wanted. Girl snapped and said yea we got that what else do you want. With an attitude. Told my husband maybe he was a bad day and she’s pro black. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING??? He said you had an attitude she says no we all don’t have one it’s you that is having a problem. My husband says I don’t have a problem with everyone just the way you spoke to me. He then pulled off without getting food. The girl leaned out the window and screamed out “HAVE A GREAT DAY BLACK MAN!” She is also a black girl.

Purchased 2 wraps it contained a half egg, half slice of cheese, and half slice of bacon. Not to mention the wrap was way over microwave. They charged full price forhash browns and there were3 in bag . Donut was old and hardly glazed. People were complaining with almost every order. They have plenty of help and very cheap portions with food. Worst experience at a Dunkin donuts

The last 3 or 4 times that I’ve gone through their drive threw, I’ve had to wait 5 plus minutes with little to no interaction through the speaker. This time there wasn’t anyone in line or any cars in the parking lot. I heard them start to speak as I was pulling away. I understand if you are short staffed but at least have the courtesy to let me know that you will be with me in a moment.

In-store inventory is often limited. Service staff can be slow and unfriendly depending on who you get. Aside from these factors, great donuts and clean facility that my kids love to go to after school.
