A short lady who took my order inside was rude her customer service was horrible! I had gotten a Carmel craze latte and it was nothing but milk I kindly asked for a new one and I would pay the difference she proceeded to give me yet another latte with more milk then before and loaded with sugar, instead of getting her rude response I decided to go to the drive thru and purchase yet another latte and the people in the drive thru were very kind and made my latte right, thank you to the people in the drive thru and maybe someone should the lady how to properly attend to customers

This is the Dunkin that makes me talk trash about Dunkin Donuts. I’ve been (was) consistently going to this location on the way to work for over a year. Every single day I order the same exact thing, and every single day I get a different coffee. That mixed with pulling you to the front when there’s nobody behind you, waiting to order for 10+ minutes through their duct taped speaker, and then asking you sometimes TWICE what you ordered while you’re waiting at the window.

Legit don’t know why they had 4 people in drive thru yet none got a sime order right on top of being charged for hash browns with 4 in the sleeve and no sugar was added to a simple tea ….. need motivated employees who will actual give customers what they paid for…work nights and stopped here for the third time and they never get anything right so save your time they don’t care how you want your orders made

Dunkin has a reputation for being either amazing or subpar but this Dunkin location consistently just disappoints. Every single coffee I’ve gotten on my way to work is wrong with no flavoring added. Donuts are stale. Staff is super friendly and nice I just don’t think they are receiving any training is all. I think maybe if they had more training they could do better but dang is this one just bad.

This place notoriously asks drive through customers to pull to the front door and wait for their order over there, so they can serve other customers behind first. When it’s busy there is no place to park and you are left circling around wondering where your drink is and who and when is gonna bring it out. Do NOT pull to the front, wait by the window for your order. When I finally walked in to pick up my drink the employee started explaining me their internal issues. Unprofessional. I’m the customer buying a drink, not the manager.
