I’ve fallen in love with the butter pecan iced coffee and the chocolate coconut donuts! I’ve never been a big fan of Dunkin but recently, it’s been hitting the spot. I’m always willing to try new flavors of iced coffee and the butter pecan is worth the try. The staff here is usually friendly with a few that are a hit or miss.

I come to this location frequently and have always been pleased. The girl today was a little bit slower to get my order, but she let me know she was new. I felt like I was very patient with her and didn’t think anything of the longer ordering and wait time. Upon getting home, I realized I received a matcha latte instead of my ordered chai latte and the iced pumpkin spice latte had so much ice I couldn’t even get a straw into it. I was a little disappointed to say the least.

Staff is rude. Had a recent experience they lied in drive thru they didn’t have donuts I walked in and they had donuts. Then rude to me when I ask why they lied. I though I would give another shot. I just went through the drive through the food wasn’t ready so they had me pull forward which I get. I waited 20 minutes for a couple orders of bacon. When they brought it out just handed the bag to me and didn’t even apologize for the excessive wait. I call him out on it and said you can’t even say sorry for the wait his response was we are very busy right now. But you can just be respectful to say sorry about the wait after I just waited 20 mins. And he just walked away. This place clearly has rude workers and I recommend people to avoid this location

2 weeks ago we got a dozen donuts and they were stale. Ugh. I did call the store and they offered a refund but I couldn’t get back there the next morning so I don’t think they will remember. Usually third Dunkin is great and the employees are generally nice. The donuts however were old and the employee I s/w said sometimes they get a bad batch of dough?

Upon arriving in the drive thru around 4pm, there was a VERY limited selection on donuts. We ordered sandwiches instead. The grilled cheese was congealed and tasted like it was made on a filthy grill top. The chicken bacon croissant was FROZEN. As we drove away, we noticed the chicken wasn’t thawed let alone cooked, so we returned for a refund, this time going into the store. We were informed there was no manager in the store for the rest of the day so we could not get a refund until the next morning. This is a 24 hour Dunkin, how is there no management on property for that long? As we were waiting inside for a remake since we couldn’t get a refund, we noticed flies on the donuts and an overwhelming smell of vomit. The second sandwich was a little better but still frozen in the center. I’m not a Dunkin frequenter, but I will never be returning to this property and neither should anyone else.

I like how I capable I am of using that dunkin donuts sometimes on temporary occasions. Within oriental couple who visits every now and then; that wife maches in fixed up to having her formulated silent shouldered disgusted bodily expressions poked out with her face scrunched at inappropriately-named individual enemies who don’t even know her nor her husband having employees around them being over nurturing and cuddling & ecstatic them and their friends as they boast and hunt for diamond nomination in a fascist manor in buttressed association circles. No one has to stop attending no where but just start putting freaks in they disciplinary place.

Unorganized, disrespectful behavior, and flat out the worst Dunkin in Riverview. On top of that they didn’t put the top on my coffee and completely burned my hand then they have the audacity to tell me to be careful… really? Do your job correctly. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for two coffees.. once again very unorganized. Get it together!!
